I recently stayed at Zip by spree hyde hotel Room no 406 , and while my overall experience was decent, there were a few issues that impacted my stay. Positives: The room was well-maintained and comfortable. The staff was polite and courteous, which I appreciated. Concerns: There were some technical issues with the room: the fan was not functioning, the shower geyser didn’t work, and the fridge was out of order. These inconveniences were frustrating, especially as they weren’t resolved during my stay. Additionally, we accidentally broke a normal water glass, and I was surprised to be charged for it. I believe minor incidents like this should be handled more leniently. While the hotel has potential, addressing these concerns would significantly enhance the guest experience.
