Decent hotel, cleanliness is not upto the mark but the staff and service is very good.

I have been to this hotel earlier also. Previous experience was good that's why decided to come again. However this time I noticed that services specially housekeeping has become pathetic. They don't respond even after repeated calls. Standard of buffet breakfast has gone down, there were queues for dosa and omlette, overall experience was bad. They gave spa coupon of 500 rupees which is useless because they can be used only when you take an overpriced massages upward of 3000 rupees. Even in suite room they have not kept a simple thing like a paper and pen and failed to provide even after asking for it twice. Net net I will not be coming in this property again. There are better properties available at this price point in the same location.

A lovely hotel at the heart of Candolim, with well kept spacious rooms, a nice pool and proximity to all the city’s hot spots . The staff is always ready to help and go above and beyond to keep you comfortable during your stay. With a good mix of Indian and continental cuisine at the restaurant serves up some yum food and lip smacking cocktails. The beach too is just a short walk away. Definitely would recommend for your next stay in North Goa.

A special mention goes to Mr. Ambraish, the resort manager, who is not only a super kind individual but also a great manager. He is available from 9 AM every day, ensuring that the hotel, staff, and all guest needs are met efficiently and promptly. Amenities The amenities at Acron Candolim Regina are top-notch. The pool area is expansive, offering a perfect place to relax and unwind. For those who like to stay active, there is a well-equipped gym. The in-house spa provides a range of relaxing treatments, adding to the overall rejuvenating experience. Dining and Outdoor Seating One of the highlights of my stay was the outdoor seating available for lunch and dinner. The open seating area allows guests to enjoy their meals in a pleasant and relaxed environment. The food served is delicious, adding to the overall dining experience. Rooms and Views The rooms at Acron Candolim Regina are comfortable and well-maintained. Some rooms offer stunning views of the rice paddy fields with the sun rising right in front of you, creating a serene and picturesque start to the day. WORST EXPERIENCE STAYING IN ACRON REGINA CANDOLIM MANAGER - AMBARISH GAD IS NOT AT ALL HELPFUL WITH THE CUSTOMERS AND EVEN GETTING RUDE AT THE TIME OF CHECKOUT THEY ONLY SAYS WE ARE SORRY WE CANT HELP YOU BREAKFAST HERE IS LIKE A MESS FOOD EXACT SAME MENU EVERY DAY NO CHANGES AT ALL WE ASKED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING THAT WHAT ALL YOU PROVIDE IN KIDS FOOD MENU (kid age-1.5 yrs)THEY HAVE GIVEN ME 3-4 options INCLUDING MILK AND AT THE TIME OF STAY THEY SAYS EVERYTHING IS CHAREABLE THEY DONT PROVIDE U BASIC AMENITIES IN ROOM LIKE TOWELS DENTAL KITS AND EVER SOAPS U HAVE TO PURCHASE FROM THEM While there were some positive aspects to my stay, such as the friendly staff, I cannot overlook the shortcomings in the breakfast experience, outdated furnishings, malfunctioning appliances, and overall ambiance. Acron Regina advertises itself as a 4-star hotel, but I would consider it at best a 3-star experience. I believe it has potential, but it needs significant improvements to truly provide a satisfying guest experience. I would recommend exploring other options in the area before deciding on this hotel.
