instalações no banheiro senti falta de ter uma bancada para produtos de higiene pessoal , nao tinha um espaço para colocar perfume .

Ótima localização nas proximidades da Catedral de pedra de Canela, porém em rua de pouco trânsito. Recepção se esmera para proporcionar a melhor estadia para os hóspedes, principalmente nos check-in/out. Restaurante serve café da manhã de muito boa qualidade. Nos demais horários há variadas opções no cardápio para lanche, almoço ou jantar. Acomodações limpas/higienizadas  com esmero. Garagem com manobrista, se necessário.

Great location close to the Canela stone Cathedral, but on a street with little traffic. Reception works hard to provide the best stay for guests, especially during check-in/out. Restaurant serves very good quality breakfast. At other times there are varied options on the menu for snack, lunch or dinner. Accommodations cleaned/sanitized with care. Garage with valet if necessary.

A localização do hotel é perfeita. Dá para ir na catedral e na estação férrea a pé. 
Cama confortável, travesseiros confortáveis, ar condicionado gela bem, toalhas e roupa de cama bem cheirosos, atendimento da equipe é ótima e o café da manhã é excelente.

The hotel's location is perfect. You can go to the cathedral and the train station on foot.
Comfortable bed, comfortable pillows, air conditioning cools well, towels and bed linen smell good, staff service is great and the breakfast is excellent.

O atendimento foi excelente, com funcionários sempre dispostos a ajudar e muito simpáticos. Resolveram rapidamente qualquer questão que surgiu durante minha estadia.

The hotel is located near the Canela Stone Cathedral, but in a short walking street. The restaurant serves very good breakfast quality. Other times have a variety of options on the cart for lunch, lunch or dinner. Clean/hygienized accommodation with smeral. Garage with manobrist if necessary.

The hotel is perfectly located, and it is perfect for walking to the cathedral and railway station. 
Comfortable bed, comfortable slippers, air conditioning good ice cream, good sweatshirts and bed clothes, staff service is excellent and breakfast is excellent.
