Guizado Portillo Hacienda & Resort

Es un lugar privilegiado en medio de mucha naturaleza y con animales especiales. Ideal para niñxs. Nos gustó la variedad de comida aunque nos hizo falta alguna opción vegetariana. Se puede mejorar en no tener tantas tazas para evitar tanto despercidio y basura (evitar vasos descartables) y no tener tanto ruido en la noche. Perdimos dos gorras de niños (roja y celeste) y estamos esperando que nos digan si luego de la limpieza las pudieron encontrar. Quedaron cerca del cuarto de juegos con mesas y sillitas, no se deberían perder. GRACIAS POR SU AMABILIDAD Y BUEN SERVICIO

El hotel me parecio en general malo! El restaurant es enorme y frío, la comida pésima! Tuvimos que comer fuera, a 10 minutos del hotel. La comida es terrible de sabor y presentación. Las habitaciones grandes y no cuentan con toma corrientes, no hay donde cargar los teléfonos! Pies de cama que resbalan. El personal del hotel si es super amable! Jamás regresaría a hospedarme y menos recomendarlo.

Lindo hotel ,bonitas instalaciones cuidadas ,limpias todo en orden . La comida buena ,nos toco desayuno bufet . Es un hotel familiar para relajarse ,los niños tienen los juegos ,cama saltarina ,bicis mini zoo. La piscina esta muy limpia aunque un poco fria por el viento . Llevar repelente y casaca para la noche

Third time I come with my family. The air you breathe, the sound of the river, the animals and other nature around are well worth the entire journey. We have never used the pool, because there is too much wind. It is essential to use repellent. Everyone is very friendly. Special mention to Candy from the restaurant. Their attention to the three services was very pleasant. I must also acknowledge the improvement in the quality of the food offered in the restaurant, from last year to now.

Good evening, this is the second time I have gone with my family and it is a cozy stay, nice hotel, good facilities, attentive staff. I would like to take the opportunity to thank Miss Candy Ochoa for the good service who served us in the restaurant. She was always attentive to everything required and even added value to the service provided and by the way the food is good. We would like to return as we feel at home, thank you.

It is the third time that I visit the Hacienda & Resort Guizado Portillo, it is best to opt for the package with food included. The treatment is always very friendly, I made my reservation directly with the Resort via WhatsApp and everything went smoothly and without problems. All the staff is very helpful and attentive, the facilities are spacious and well maintained, the rooms are comfortable and cool (they have a fan), the pools are cleaned every morning, there are board games, swings, hammocks, games for children, beds jumping jacks, area to play soccer and volleyball, bicycles, mini zoo, a chapel, river viewpoint, etc. The restaurant service is very good, everyone is very attentive, on my last visit my family and I were served by Miss Betzabe and we are very grateful for her attention, also very grateful to everyone for the detail of the birthday pancake. From breakfast to dinner, everything was very delicious. The entree that we repeated the most was the prawn chupe. I also recommend the spicy prawns as a base, although all the dishes we ordered were very delicious. We really enjoyed our visit ✨

El Guizado Portillo has become our favorite place to spend time with the family, both for the place and for the attention, especially of the guys who serve tables, everyone is very friendly but always one stands out "thank you candy" everything is excellent ♡

The climate in the hotel is incredible, the attention of each staff is impeccable. The facilities are in perfect condition. There are many activities to do within the hotel, which combine with the tranquility of the countryside. I would definitely return again.
