Chambre triple sélectionnée. On arrive sur place c'est en réalité 2 adultes et 1 enfant alors que nous étions 3 adultes.
On nous demande 40€ supplémentaires. Alors que la chambre 3 adultes coûtait seulement 13€ de plus sur leur site.
Dans la chambre il n'y avait que le nécessaire pour 2 personnes alors qu'on était 3, obligé de redemander à l'accueil les serviettes et oreillers.
Carrelage casse + décollé du mur dans la salle de bain
Canapé lit avec housse déchirée
Joint douche moisi
Drap taché marron à plusieurs endroits
C'est absolument dégoûtant. Je ne recommande à personne de se rendre dans cet hôtel.

El spa es muy muy mejorable. Es pequeño lo cual no es en si un problema, pero las instalaciones son deficientes: como la sauna de vapor que tenían muy mal aspecto con restos de moho o verdín en las baldosas. La piscina ( que no es exterior ) estaba sucia, con muchos insectos en el agua y sin un elementos de limpieza a mano para poder retirarlos. El jacuzzi frío y roto ( no daba burbujas) pese a que indicaba que la temperatura era la adecuada y que estaba en funcionamiento. Las duchas del spa ( no las del vestuario) son duchas normales.

Hemos estado en un circuito por el Pirineo Aragonés y nos quedamos tres noches en ese hotel. Desde el primer momento se notaba la atención el servicio y la profesionalidad del personal. Y las instalaciones estupendas. Muchas gracias por el servicio prestado.
