It was already early in the morning when we arrived, and the reception staff at the front desk were slow, but it didn't matter. Their attitude was still very good. But after entering the room, I kept seeing disgusting unknown hairs on the bed and bathroom floor. The slippers brought by the waiter were also stained. The room phone was also malfunctioning... I finally got through the phone and went to the front desk to ask for a room change. The person on night shift was on duty. The management staff came to the room and brought a new room card, apologized repeatedly, and gave us two free breakfasts. The new room was very satisfactory. Although we didn't eat breakfast, the front desk staff apologized again and gave us cookies when we left. Although there were some flaws during this stay, the way the hotel staff handled it was still very heartwarming and satisfying. Big points for the hotel! The general decor of the hotel and the rooms is nice and refreshing. Quite modern, has style. The room was clean. The water pressure in the shower is great. The shower and the toilet are separated, which is very comfortable. The bed was super large and comfy. And the blankets were just superb, as they are temperature conserving, though thin and light. The only little complaint I would have is that the walls are paper thin, and if you have noisy neighbours you hear every single sound they make. And some neighbours can be annoyingly noisy sometimes. But it wasn't a very big problem. The staff is helpful and sweet, very respectful. The breakfast is mainly chinese, with a wide variety of foods. Great coffee. And they have a good window for breakfast, 7-10 am, which makes it convenient for those, who want to sleep in a bit. Overall we were very satisfied with the whole stay.
