1、網上價格154元一間，付款的時候金額就發生變化了，價格不公開透明！2、電話是個裝飾品衹能看不能打。3、床頭紙盒衹放了2張紙。4、我房子都還沒退，吃了午飯1點後我去退房拿東西，結果兩個房間門都被打開，有服務人員已經在打掃衞生。5、衞生條件極差。

全家人一起出遊本來挺好的 定好的房間當時多定了兩個個標間 取消了 本來是兩個標間一個單間 去了酒店等了半個小時前台都沒人 打電話打不通 然後等到人了 告訴我標間賣完了 説我全部取消了 就請問 這到底是誰的問題 員工對業務不熟悉 各種找藉口推卸責任 三個房間衹能住一個 大晚上的我去哪裡找房子周圍都是爆滿
