Pas pret pour accueillir les clients sur le mois d'octobre impossible de manger le midi en moins de 2h30 sauf le dernier jour nous avons même pas eu droit a nos plats on nous a oublié et de plus le plat commandé sur la carte n'était plus disponible .le personnel est très agréable mais je pense pas formé à la restauration. Le point positif la restauration du soir très bien malgré que nous avons réservé un restaurant sushis et qu'on nous a servi de la restauration portugaise sans aucunes explications. nous avons réclamé des serviettes dans notre chambre quasiment tous les jours Porte serviette cassé mais pas remplacé plus de coussin sur la lit de la fille plus de capsules a café et des fourmis heureusement disparu en fin de séjour. En clair un complexe en rodage mais quand on réserve dans un 5 étoiles...... Au niveau des bars ils sont très pro et super sympa.

Was slightly apprehensive about our week in this resort considering some of the negative reviews. However have just had the most fantastic week in this resort as a family of four! Beautiful contemporary style, location is stunning, staff were so friendly and helpful and the restaurants/buffet are great! The sea pool is great to swim in and the hike Ponta de Sao Lourenco accessible directly from the hotel. Whale watching trip from the marina; amazing to see a pod of pilot whales! Agree with other posters, there are some minor issues with service and a shame the other restaurants weren’t open (November apparently)but it certainly didn’t impact our holiday experience

Wir waren in dem Hotel für 10 Nächte mit unseren beiden Kindern. Es war ein Urlaub wie aus dem Bilderbuch. Wir wurden von Anfang an sehr herzlich empfangen und es wurde uns jeder Wunsch erfüllt. Das Hotel, das wie ein kleines Dorf aufgebaut ist, ist wunderschön und die Zimmer sind gigantisch und sehr groß. Die Zimmer werden täglich gründlichst gereinigt. Das Hotel ist sehr schön aufgebaut und es gibt sowohl Pools im oberen Bereich als auch einen Naturpool beim Strand. Es gibt eine große Auswahl an Essen und alles war sehr gut. Die Getränkeauswahl war auch riesig und lecker (vorrallem der Pinacolada). Was uns auch sehr beeindruckt hat, war das Personal, welches uns sehr gut aufgenommen hat und uns alle Wünsche erfüllt hat. Wir haben alle sehr ins Herz geschlossen und waren traurig als wir gestern abreisen mussten. Besonders die Carol und der Marco aus dem Entertainment und die Carol aus dem Oishii Restaurant waren zu jeder Tageszeit sehr liebevoll und kümmerten sich bestens um uns und unsere Kinder. Unsere Tochter hat sich so wohl gefühlt, dass sie garnicht mehr weg wollte aus dem Kidsclub. Ein solches Personal bekommt man selten, sie sind mit ihrem Herzen bei der Arbeit und wollen, dass es jedem gut geht. Auch alle anderen waren ebenfalls zu jederzeit nur vorbildlich. Der Food Director ist uns auch positiv aufgefallen, er war den ganzen Tag am Arbeiten, hat sich aber trotzdem immer Zeit für uns und unsere Kinder genommen. Ich kann dieses Hotel nur weiterempfehlen, schöner geht es nicht!

We stayed for a week from 09.10 and were one of the first guests. Introductory offer was tempting and we booked taking teething problems into account. We were a bit worried when the first reviews appeared but, honestly, you do not need to worry it is already solid 4 star all inclusive hotel. Once completed it will be truly magnificent 5 star one. It is the people working there that made our stay excellent. At least enough to forget the spa and water circuit was not opened yet (will be ready Feb 2025). Thank you to all the staff at Dreams Madeira Resort. Dziekujemy

This hotel is not fully open yet and they will not communicate this to you. The Spa is not open which is ridiculous for a Spa hotel and if you check on the Hyatt Inclusive Collection app, there is only a buffet and 2 restaurants open in rotation which is not as described on the website. Trying to obtain information from anyone in Hyatt or at the Hotel doesn't work.

We are in our third week there and we really like it. I am 15 years old and for me it is an unforgettable holiday. Both the rooms and the activities are fantastic. We particularly liked the amateurs and the waiter team because everyone is super friendly and approachable, which makes you feel very welcome. The whole team puts a lot of effort into it. In general, the range of activities and restaurants is huge. There is something for everyone, from water polo to yoga to good food. The location of the hotel is simply fantastic. You can relax very well and are not in the middle of the hustle and bustle. After just one day I am very relaxed and relaxed. A beautiful place. I don't really understand the negative reviews. There is something to improve in every hotel, but I find it questionable to immediately criticize everything even though this hotel has only just opened. That is such a typical German mentality. A dream place. We feel very comfortable here. The location of this resort is, in my opinion, extremely relaxing. A wonderful place away from the hustle and bustle and in a wonderful natural setting. The rooms are super spacious and beautifully furnished. The service is just super accommodating. The entertainment team is brilliant. I'm not a fan of the classic animations in hotels at all, but this team here is totally authentic. From yoga to CrossFit, spinning to water polo, there is a lot on offer and the staff are passionate about what they do. Of course, in a new hotel that only opened 3 weeks ago, there are still little things that need to be optimized, but the team here does everything to make you feel extremely comfortable. Not all of the restaurants are open yet and the splash park isn't finished yet, but otherwise everything is ready. The staff gives you tips for excursions and tries to make everything possible and the director brings you local rum to your table. We feel very comfortable and are looking forward to another 5 days here. We have been here since October 13th and I can't understand the criticism in the other reviews.
