Hotel limpio, ubicación buena, el personal amable … No todos, pedimos la carta de vinos la chica desapareció y volvió a la media hora con varias botellas en la mano, ya no queríamos el vino pedimos una cerveza y le sentó mal…..Lo que no nos pareció bien, es que se sirva agua del grifo (tratada o no me da igual) y el litro de agua salga sobre los 4 euros.. porque cobran 3 euros por 700, el cálculo es ese 4 euros el litro.El buffet de la cena muy muy justito!!!

La muchacha que había en recepción el miércoles 4 de septiembre en el turno de mañana, muy desagradable, más de media hora nos tuvo para hacer el check-in y se marchó sin darnos las llaves, al final otra compañera lo solucionó. Una camarera del comedor llamada GHISLAINE, un 10 por ella, amable, educada, súper simpática, ojalá sepan valorarla. El resto de estancia en el hotel, bastante bien, salvo los perros que dejan solos en las habitaciones mientras van los dueños a cenar, que no paran de ladrar. Por cierto en mi habitación, en la puerta de entrada, lleno de pelos de perro, y yo no tengo perro

Muy buena ubicación. Muy limpio todo. El personal muy atento. El buffet bastante variado y rico. Lo único que añadiria es un poco más de variedad en la comida para los niños sobretodo si son pequeños. Lo único que creo que no había aire acondicionado, pero la verdad que la temperatura era buena.

Hemos sido clientes en varias ocasión, aún siendo correcto el bufet, no tiene punto de comparación con lo que era. Poquísima variedad y si llegas hacia las 9 ya son muchos los productos que escasean. La habitación muy limpia. El servicio de comedor y recepción correcto pero inexperto.

Hotel muy bonito, muy limpio, el personal muy agradable i te aconseja en todo. Teniamos media pensión, el desyuno muy bien, muchas variedad. Lo unico que no me gusto fue la cena, el segundo dia fuimos a cenar mas tarde a partir de las 21:00, y ya no quedaban muchas cosas y no pusieron mas. Por lo demas todo perfecto, volvere pero sin cena.

El hotel está súper bien. Tiene habitaciones muy amplias (una de las más grandes que yo he estado), con nevera, cafetera... El lavabo equipadísimo, bañera con chorros de masaje, y hasta había una báscula. El desayuno súper completo: bollería buenísima, embutidos, cereales, fruta... La cena variada, pero me faltan más para peques. Los postres, quizás el aspecto a mejorar. Delante del hotel hay un parking exterior, que si tienes suerte, puedes aparcar por 3.10€ 12 horas .

Atención muy agradable en el comedor, buena experiència, desayuno muy variada. Productos de calidad. Spa limitado, muy pequeño. Habitación àmplia. Hotel tìpico de montaña en el centro de Canillo. Aparcamientos comunales de pago asequibles. Recomiendo la experiencia, relación calidad precio muy correcta.

Buenas tardes acabamos de llegar del hotel : sinceramente está bastante bien, acogedor ,personal muy amable , y que se preocupan si tienes algún problema .El bufet está bastante bien y tb la comida . Lo único que cuando hay mucha gente , se genera un poco de caos , por lo demás bastante bien. No estaría mal , que habiendo un parking al lado del hotel , hicieran como un convenio para los clientes alojados en el . Sin lugar a dudas lo recomiendo y espero volver pronto 😃😃😃😃😃
