Hotel increible pero principalmente destacar el trato de Jordi Trebol. Nuestro coche se quedo atrapado por la nieve y tuvimos que cojer este Booking porque no teniamos donde caernos muertas. Al encontrar este hotel tanto Jordi como sus compañer@s nos ayudaron comentandonos las opciones que teniamos para al dia siguiente poder sacar el coche de la nieve y volver a nuestro hotel al que realmente nos habiamos alojado. Al dia siguiente, aunque ellos tenian que cerrar el Hotel, tanto Jordi como sus compañer@s se quedaron hasta mas tarde para ayudarnos. Jordi fue quien nos dio palas para la nieve, llamo el mismo desde numero andorrano al seguro para que llamara la grua, nos dio algo para beber... Hasta que no vino una grua a sacar el coche de ahi el no acabo su jornada laboral. No solo el hotel es increible sino que el personal es un 10. Salimos de alli con el corazon lleno. Volveremos 100%

Mwah, slechte ervaring
Als je bij dit hotel gaat boeken moet je rekening houden met erg slechte/geen parkeergelegenheid. Het ontbijt is eentonig en weinig variatie. Elke dag dezelfde eetopties en het enige dat elke dag varieert is het verse fruit: meloen, ananas, sinaasappel en kiwi. Brood en banket is elke dag hetzelfde net als gebakken ei en bacon.
De kamer was erg klein, zonder airco en een erg smalle ruimte om te lopen; op je kamer verblijven als het weer niet meezit is geen optie. Geen aanrader.

Très bon séjour
Séjour très agréable surtout le fait de pouvoir profiter du SPA, HAMMAN et SAUNA après les marches en montagne.
Déjeuner très copieux et complet.
On n'a jamais diner à l'hotel car nous avons préféré aller dans les restaurants de Soldeu

Hotel agréable
Hotel sympathique, accueil et personnel agréable, petit bemol sur l'absence de parking en dehors de celui de l'hotel facturé en supplément et sur la restauration un peu chère pour un buffet classique.
