部屋もそんなに、きれいではないのですが、ロビーが最悪でした。ゴミはあるし、汚いし、、、。ただ足りない物を電話で連絡すると、すぐに持ってきてくれました。 景色だけは良かったです。

Overall it's better than I expected, not as bad as what was said online. The hygiene is okay, the bed, towels, etc. are cleaned, the carpet has been replaced, and it is not as old as said online. The shower sprays fiercely, like a water massage, which is very refreshing. Disadvantages: Poor sound insulation in the room.

You get what you pay for, and in the Banff area there's a reason this is one of the lowest priced accommodations. This place is extremely dated and well past needing a thorough renovation. I agree with other reviewers' comments about lack of cleanliness, woefully inadequate maintenance and lack of security. WiFi is also very slow and unreliable. If you just need a place to spend the night and you're spending your days in the National Park or elsewhere then maybe, but don't expect much or you will be disappointed.

Well our room was clean that was the only positve. This is a older building very run down. Chips, dings and stains or furniture, walls, floors. Room lock very flimsy, no AC one dusty noisy fan to use. Common area had a microwave but was part of former room so also a toilet and shower poorly taped off. PIllows were the flatest things I have ever seen. Front desk not staffed until late am so difficult to get extra towels. This building needs some love and major updating. Family owned and "Dad" appeared very keen to help you but younger staff not so much. The cost was riduculous for the room and could only be gotten away with because close to Canmore, Banff. Paint that front lobby and straighten up the pictures so gives a better impression.

This hotel should be closed by the Alberta Health Department in my opinion. The pictures of this hotel in their advertisement are misleading. The details in the hotel's web page says cleaning is once a week. I now believe it! We must have been on day six from the dirt in the room. The floor was unvacuumed, the sink in the bathroom and counter were filthy. Fecal matter appeared stuck in toilet. We doubt the sheets had been changed since last slept in. There were footprints on the wall. Without air conditioning the window had to stay open all night while listening to traffic on the trans Canada Highway. If you have an emergency the only contact is by a telephone number that went unanswered after multiple tries. We had planned to stay two nights but were so disgusted we left after only one night. If fact, if it was not late when we got there we would have left on seeing the room. This was the dirtiest hotel I can remember after spending many years as an international traveler. Just look at their web page pictures taken probably years ago and compare them to the current condition photos I took.

The worst place ever seen. We got our keys and when we entered the environment it looked very old and dirty. The room was very very old, very dirty and hot inside. No airconditioning. The badroom was very dirty, The crane was dripping, the bath (if you can call it bath) was so gross. In the building where a lot of mousetraps. We left the room and went for a different hotel as this was too bad.

So incredibly disappointing. After a long airplane trip we arrived at this dilapidated excuse for a motel. The room was tiny and in need of care and attention. Although the floor space looked vacuumed, the area behind the furniture was dirty. The bathroom was not filthy - it was just in incredibly bad shape. The price was outrageously high. Definitely felt taken advantage of...

When I arrived to check in, the staff had mistakenly cancelled one of my three nights that I had reserved. No other hotel within a 1-hour drive that was within my budget had availability on short notice. I asked the staff for a discount on the nights that I stayed given that I had to sleep in my car on the night they cancelled. They said they’d speak to the manager and then no one ever contacted me. The sheets were stained. Bathroom tiles were stained and cracked. The toilet barely flushed. The balcony looked too decrepit to be safe. The front desk was sometimes unattended with the doors to the building locked during daytime hours. So I had to track down staff to check in and then they insisted that one of the doors had been unlocked the whole time. I’m willing to stay in a crappy hotel to save money, but they put me on the street and didn’t accept accountability.

This place should be shut down, dirtiest room ever in my travels. Hotel Association of Alberta needs to inspect this place. AHS also. Will be reviewing this in my associations I belong to. Dirty rooms.
