Nice location within Cannes but the room was father old, many broken items like the leakage and missing nails. Also, €25 for a private parking and also guest need to bring their own trash out which is funny. Imagine seeing everyone holding a bag of trash appearing at the reception to check out at 11am.

Actualy it was almost perfect,big Hugo room Hugo ballroom with bath kitchen , I don't know way they dont accepte our saying with the same prixe usualm,

The location is fantastic. It only 5 minutes walk to Cannes train station. The facilities in the room are not in a good condition. For the service, they can’t do room service.

The staff at reception were really friendly and helpful. The hotel was nice and well located. Only 5 mins walk to the train station and 10 mins walk to the beach. The studio could be a bit better equipped for cooking. There is a hob but no pans. Fortunately for us the fridge and microwave were enough. Very quiet for sleeping at night time. Would recommend to stay here!

The location is good and the environment is OK. You can't cook in the apartment and the cabinets are locked. The overall rating is good

The hotel is close to the train station, just a few minutes' walk away, which is convenient. The beach is only a few hundred meters away and can be reached on foot. The room facilities are complete, but a deposit of 150 euros is required upon check-in.

Check-in is convenient, the family room is spacious and comfortable, clean and tidy, the parking lot is in the basement of the hotel, easy and safe to enter and exit, not far from the city center and the old town, within walking distance. The breakfast is rich.

The room looks nice at first glance, with a lot of space. But upon closer inspection, there are not many practical facilities, the decoration quality is average, the wall paint is peeling off in many places, the plugs are loose, and even the shower door may collapse at any time, and there is no way to dry clothes. There is a balcony, but there is no screen door, which is basically impossible to open, and there are many flying insects outside. I have to say that the price is very affordable and convenient for travel.

The hotel has a good location, but the elevator was broken and under renovation during my stay, so I had to climb the stairs by myself. There was no auntie to clean the place during the day ………………..!

Curtain stained with lipstick, broken bathroom door, kitchen locked in the bedroom, impossible to get glasses or even water.

This is the most modern, newest, largest and most fully equipped hotel I stayed in during my entire trip to France. The room balcony is very large, but the soundproofing is very good. Hotels in Paris generally have poor soundproofing, but this one is good. There is a large kitchen, suitable for cooking, and there are electric drying racks and ironing machines. It is very close to the beach, which allowed me to spend a wonderful day in Cannes

The room is nice, the service is good, and the hygiene is good. The price/performance ratio is pretty good.
