Nice location within Cannes but the room was father old, many broken items like the leakage and missing nails. Also, €25 for a private parking and also guest need to bring their own trash out which is funny. Imagine seeing everyone holding a bag of trash appearing at the reception to check out at 11am.

Actualy it was almost perfect,big Hugo room Hugo ballroom with bath kitchen , I don't know way they dont accepte our saying with the same prixe usualm,

The staff at reception were really friendly and helpful. The hotel was nice and well located. Only 5 mins walk to the train station and 10 mins walk to the beach. The studio could be a bit better equipped for cooking. There is a hob but no pans. Fortunately for us the fridge and microwave were enough. Very quiet for sleeping at night time. Would recommend to stay here!

This is the most modern, newest, largest and most fully equipped hotel I stayed in during my entire trip to France. The room balcony is very large, but the soundproofing is very good. Hotels in Paris generally have poor soundproofing, but this one is good. There is a large kitchen, suitable for cooking, and there are electric drying racks and ironing machines. It is very close to the beach, which allowed me to spend a wonderful day in Cannes

The room is nice, the service is good, and the hygiene is good. The price/performance ratio is pretty good.

This is not written in the rules, but at the reception upon check-in they give you a paper on which it is written at the very end. I would like the staff to immediately pay attention to this and say where the trash can is (it’s not so easy to find). And this point must be included in the rules on the site. In addition, there is no daily cleaning service. But the room is not as clean as we would like, for example, the chair is stained, this could definitely be cleaned. At the same time, the room is spacious, there is a small kitchen with appliances (kettle, coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher), a large bathroom, a comfortable bed, but the pillows would like to be replaced. The hotel has a swimming pool and sauna. There are only 2 towels per person in the room (large and small), nothing is provided for the pool, and they are not changed during your stay. I would also like to add 1 armchair or chair, because... It is inconvenient for 2 people to use the table at the same time. The hotel itself is located a little further from the beach, so it is quite quiet. Very close to the train station. Cannes is small, everything is nearby. I really didn’t like that check-out is at 11 o’clock, but the cleaning lady knocks at 10 o’clock or earlier. We extended our room and observed this 2 times. At the same time, the woman does not speak English, only French, and also lectures that in France you need to speak French. You can find out information at the reception whether the guests have already left or not, in order to avoid such meetings. The reception staff is friendly. In general, there are pros and cons, evaluate the price/quality. But I hope the hotel management will also read the review and improve something.

On the first day, I found someone's toenails and asked them to clean them. They didn't clean. I asked for cleaning 5 times in 3 nights, but they I just wrote down the room number and didn't do it. And most of the female staff are not willing to help. I didn't even smile and didn't say hello when I left. And they say, because it's a "service apartment" There is no cleaning service per day unless you are staying for a long period of time, and towels are only provided on the first day, and you have to pay 5 euros if you want. However, washing machine is not included in the room. But the location and facilities are good.
