Nous sommes restés 3 jours et 2nuits ! Aucun confort draps et serviettes payants ! La "chambre" est en réalité un lit double dans un coin de l'entrée sans porte donc AUCUNE intimité. Dans la salle de bain fuite au niveau du receveur. 4 serviettes fournis ( que j'ai payé) et 1 seul rouleau de papier toilette pour toute une famille. Le ménage est à revoir ( des boulettes de poussière un peu partout). Et le comble : DES CAFARDS. Pendant notre séjour 2 cafards sont sorties des plaintes dans la salle de bain. Si vous venez à Cannes juste pour dormir dans peu de confort je vous le conseil sinon à fuir !

Pour commencer, la communication avec le personnel edt compliquée. Très rarement qu’il réponde au téléphone et personnel très désagréable pour répondre à nos questions.
Arrivés à l’appartement, étonnés par son ancienneté, robinet qui ne se ferme pas dans la baignoire, air conditionné qui fuit l’eau quand on le met en marche, balcon très sale, vaisselle sale ( verres qui collent). Grill pain et sèche cheveux qui étaient censés être dans l’appartement, on ne les a pas vu, et laverie qui n’existe pas dans la résidence au contraire de ce qui a été cité. Plusieurs emails envoyés et plusieurs tentatives d’appeler mais personne n’a jamais répondu.

Das Haus hat seine besten Jahre hinter sich. Eine Renovierung wäre super. Das Zimmer war okay, aber die Ausstattung ist auch Austauschfähig.
Alles in allem okay. Wir hatten einen guten Urlaub.

From the start this place was a nightmare! First of all it’s not in Cannes, it’s in the bad area outside of it.bathroom had black mold, building was disgusting, we were followed by 5 men at one point and we had to hide in the store across the street. Host never answered my emails.it’s smaller than what it appears, pillows had black stains. They don’t provide cleaning products but expect you to leave the place clean or you’ll be charged, do not stay here specially if you have kids!!!!
