Bedroom floor is very dirty. So I clean with a napkin and it was indeed very dirty. . See attach tissue

The hotel staff was perfect! Great location! Just one small issue, my deposit wasn't returned to my bank card.

You get what you pay for. Happy with the service. Hotel has many services.

Pleasant stay and in line with my expectations

Expensive spa hotel for what you get. To be avoided at least in August. Has 2 swimming pools for 12 sunbeds in total. Rooftop swimming pool at the price of 20 € per person. We booked 2 nights from 7 to 09/08 and wanted to book 2 sunbeds on the 9th just for 1 / 2d. We were told that it had to be requested on a day-to-day basis. We set the alarm clock at 6:30 am to increase our chances. Everything was already booked. Suffice to say that we were well strolled.

Very good accommodation, very nice rooms, but the swimming pool was empty that day...too bad, otherwise the location is good.

Prestation décevante pas à l'image d'un 4 étoiles Piscine payante 20 euros par jour et par personne en plus de la nuitée piscine qu'il faut réserver le jour J et se lever tôt pour le faire car il n'y a que 10 places donc j'ai envie de vous dire si vous voulez faire une grasse mat et réserver la piscine ce n'est pas possible impossible de réserver a l'avance. Je rajouterai que ce nest pas une piscine mais un bassin mal entretenu Je ne recommande pas cette hôtel ! Mauvais rapport qualité prix accueil mediocre

We had only one little window in the room. Doors to the bathroom were broken and was opening all the time.

The Shining was on the TV with no cable, so it was a snowy signal & the narration was on for blind people. It started to feel like I was IN the Shining! Love the bar, hate the hotel. This place needs to be loved. Yesterday.

Room was comfortable with nice bay windows that opened and had a view of the mountains. Helpful staff. The only negative was the bathroom sink - it was very long and flat almost like a changing table. No place to put toiletries so actually placed them IN the sink on the sides. Also faucet was only about 3 inches above the sink so barely room to wash your hands and impossible to put water in any container. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Front desk were excellent. Quick, professional and helpful. Lots of nice touches like free umbrellas which we needed. Good value for money and the rooms were a comfortable size.

My stay was very disappointing. I booked a superior room with a city view with a balcony and 2 twin beds. When we got there they put me in a room in back of the hotel with a balcony view of a courtyard of the back of other dirty buildings. I felt like i was in a ghetto somewhere instead of a beach in Cannes. The room also smelled like cigarettes and the 2 twin beds were pushed together in the space of 1 king size bed. It was as if my cousin and i were sleeping together because there was no space in between the beds. I immediately requested a change in room for what i paid for. I had to go back and forth with the front desk attendant until i finally requested to speak with the manager. The manager finally said it was nothing she could do for that day but she can change my room the next day to the front of the building obviously where the rooms are located with the “city view” but i had to downgrade to a standard room with no balcony because all the superior balcony rooms were booked. I agreed to this because i did not come to France to wake up and look at the back of dirty buildings. I requested the price adjustment because of the downgrade in room. I had to fight with the manager about that because she did not want to do it but finally agreed on a 25 euro a night refund which really was not the price difference from a superior to standard room but i was done fighting. When checking out they only refunded me for 3 of the 4 nights. This was a horrible experience.

The hotel was nice but not great given the price of the room. Checkin was a bit infuriating given the lateness of staff having rooms prepared. The spa was very relaxing though and the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is very close to major landmarks and tourist locations though. So it was very convenient location wise.

This unassuming hotel felt like great value in expensive Cannes. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is pretty good, 5 minutes from the beach, and at one end of the main shopping street. My triple room was spacious, not just a double with an extra bed rammed in. The indoor pool was very pleasant. My only slight frustration was that there was a 20 euro per day fee to use the small rooftop pool, but the indoor one was much bigger and free to use. Overall, recommended :)
