This is by far the worst Hampton n we have stayed. We had to wait at the front desk for quite awhile. We finally got to our room and honestly I felt like we were in a cheap motel. The room was old and shabby, the bathroom was gross, the coffee pot was disgusting ,no fridge or microwave, although there was a space for it..I asked if we could get a different room that had those and was told they were fully booked. The girl at the front desk wasn't too happy but asked the young man to get one from another room,we did appreciate this. The next morning on check out we again had to wait. Out of the kitchen comes a young man whose job was not only to cook breakfast but to man the front desk. Avoid this place if you can. It looks like the whole place is run by very young people and very short staffed. Hampton you need to send mystery shoppers to your hotels ,you can do better.

Gross establishment, definitely not to Hilton standards. Hotel outdated, AC didn't work, towels are crunchy, staff is not friendly, pillows on the bed are like kid pillows, room smelled upon entering. The beds are ok as far as comfortable. Much better places to stay in the area, this should be a last resort.....

Drove 2 1/2 hours from Denver arrived around 8:30 at night we choose Hampton inn because we were in a rural community and we thought the name stood for something when we checked in the room was ok but then the air conditioner did not work after talking to the young lady at the front desk she offered us fans it was 80 degrees we ask for another room and there was not one available so we ask if she could call a sister hotel or guide us to another hotel and she just said no she could not help us but she could refund our money that there is no maintenance person on duty at night and the hotel needed repairs badly

I rented hotel rooms for visiting family. When they checked in, they had to ask for a different room. The room was filthy. Hair and soap scum in the bathroom. The bed had slept- in sheets. The room smelled like spoiled shrimp or fish. It was disgusting. The carpets in the different room were dirty and worn as are the carpets on the stairs. This is unexceptable and we are notifying the Hilton offices.

This place is worn out. Like the furniture is falling apart and disgusting worn out. The room itself seems to be well cleaned at least. I went up the stairwell because the ice machine on my floor is broken and the stairwell carpet is nasty. The furniture in my room is heavily stained. One positive, I will say the bathroom seems fine. Time to gut it out, I won’t be staying again

This Hampton Inn is probably the worst we've stayed in from the Hilton brand. We generally feel safe selecting Hampton Inn when vacationing in a new-to-us area, but this was not a good experience. The desk staff was friendly and pleasant, and the room was reasonably clean. The pillows felt lumpy and old and had a slight odor that gave me an uncomfortable reminder of how many other heads had been on them and that I should probably travel with my own. Air conditioning worked pretty well, although I couldn't get the fan to stay on for white noise, but the temperature seemed to stay where it was set. As other reviews have mentioned, the pool had no towels, so I had to request them. Also mentioned in other reviews was the pool and hot tub were not clean. The pool was murky and cloudy, with many dead insects floating in it, and was almost intolerably cold (even for a very water-loving kid--IYKYK). The hot tub water was very YELLOW and was close to dangerously hot--as hot, or hotter than adult hot tubs I've used, definitely not safe (nor comfortable) for families to let the littles play in. At first, I assumed the hot tub's yellow color might be from discoloration from hard water, but it wasn't, it was the water. The chemistry in both, but especially the hot tub, was way off. I wouldn't let my family go into the hot tub to warm up after the pool because my foot and ankle quickly started to itch horribly when I tested the temperature. We cut swim time short after looking at the hot tub and becoming increasingly uncomfortable with the murky, dead-buggy water of the pool. The two stairways I used had relatively new-looking carpets but were filthy with dead bugs and general debris. It honestly looked like it had never been vacuumed. Breakfast was not the best. Scrambled eggs, cold, mushy-mealy tater tots, very processed sausage, the standard make-your-own waffle iron, and oatmeal I didn't sample for the hot items. A couple of pre-packaged muffins, basically no bread items to toast, a couple of cold cereal options, and some banged-up apples. Coffee was fine and the coffee bar stocked, juices offered. No yogurt. This Hampton Inn was not up to par for the brand, nor for the nightly rate. It needs general, basic attention. For goodness sake, send someone to vacuum the stairs--yuck! The management needs to educate themselves to care for the pool and hot tub, hire a service, or close it. That area seems like it could become a health hazard.

This is by far the most disgusting Hilton property I've ever stay in. The entire building including the rooms smell of mold. The bugs are relentless and in the rooms, linens not clean, rooms not a/c'd, and personnel are not accommodating. I will stay in the Springs which is about an hour away before I'll stay at this hotel again.

SAFETY ALERT: VERY SERIOUS FIRE HAZARD IF TRAVELING WITH DISABLED PERSON!! My wife and I were traveling with her disabled brother (he uses a walker and is VERY slow) and we requested an "Accessible Room." Imagine our surprise when we were assigned a room on the top (third) floor almost as far from the elevator as you could be on this floor. That was an inconvenience, but the issue occurred later. We were leaving for dinner and my wife and I entered the elevator before her brother to hold the door open. He was halfway in when the fire alarm went off and a door that I had never noticed before (not the elevator door) slammed shut, knocking my brother-in-law into the elevator. If we had been about 5 seconds later in getting to the elevator, we would have not been able to get in (as expected, if there had been a real fire: "Use stairs instead of the elevator."). Problem is, HE CAN'T USE THE STAIRS! We would have been trapped on the third floor with no escape. Of course, the simple answer to this issue is to locate accessible rooms on the first floor. Complaining to the assistant manager was useless: ("I didn't design the hotel" and "If we put the handicap rooms on the first floor, what would regular customers do?"). Other than that, the room was clean and nice, the location great, and I would have been a repeat customer except for this VERY SERIOUS FIRE HAZARD/THREAT TO LIFE/SAFETY ISSUE!

Not up to normal Hampton Inn standards. Musty smell when you enter. Room needs updating but was clean. Manager is most helpful and customer focused ; however, she is overworked due to low staffing levels probably caused by low wages. She needs ownership to spend money on infrastructure and give her a major raise.
