Best Western Canton Inn

The property is a very clean and very well maintained. The staff were friendly and outgoing and our room was very comfortable.

I enjoyed my stay there. Having a refrigerator and microwave made it very convenient.

We came here in good faith but have been extremely disappointed by the whole experience. The first room was smelly and damp, and when I politely asked to change, I was given another room with the same smoky smell. Room number three was the final option. The sockets are dangerous and broken, the coffee maker is missing a part (so is useless), and when I asked (as told to by a sign in the guest laundry) if I could buy detergent, the receptionist told me that there was none. An altogether unpleasant experience and not helped by another receptionist who told me that she was reluctant to tell her manager that I had found half-eaten food in the dirty refrigerator. There are plenty of other options in Canton, which is very pretty, so do yourself a favour and avoid this one.

Can’t understand how this place got good reviews. The room stunk with a terrible musty smell. Ceiling had large brown spots from what looks like a water leak from above. Looked like it could cave in any time. The bathroom mirror had broken trim work and looked horrible. Bathroom floor was dirty. Bed was hard. Breakfast was gross. You get what you pay for with this place.

I stay at this BW very often. Never had any kind of issues here. Staff is always really nice and the rooms are always clean with comfortable beds and pillows.

I am very pleased with this hotel I arrived early and this is sometimes an issue. Ms Patel told me that my room was ready and all cleaned. Great news after a 9 hour drive. Thank you

Clean white bed sheets and covers. Good pillows and comfortable mattress. Carpet looked new. The room was nice and clean and had a work desk, coffee maker and refrigerator. Breakfast was very good. Quick and easy check in. No complaints at all.

Nice sized room with fridge & microwave

Upon arrival to the Best Western, we stopped in to see if our room was ready. We were an hour before the official check in time. We were told the room was ready but if we wanted to check in we'd have to pay a fee for early check in. No thank you! Once we got to our room, we noticed there was a dead bug on the bathroom floor, the shower curtain was stained and there was a huge crack across the bathroom. The blinds for the window were broken and difficult to raise and lower. Also, they only gave us two towels and washcloths. Seemed extremely minimal. The staff was friendly but the accommodations need some attention.
