Amangiri

Multiple occasions made this stay a very disappointing one: 1. we were served a chipped champagne glass at Camp Sarika, which almost cut my gf’s mouth!!! I think it’s very basic that they check before serving guests, especially when we were the ONLY guests at the time. 2. We were not offered an Aman experience. No one there knew we’ve stayed at other Aman resorts. I had to REMIND the front desk about that. 3. The coffee machine in our room was broken. 4. I asked for a full service housekeeping but my beddings were not changed. 5. I have been waiting for the guest survey/feedback email (which I always get from Aman), but I still haven’t received one today (and this is why I am writing my complaints here). However, the staff at the main restaurant were nice, especially the lady who worked at the pool. She was very friendly and did a very good job.

this place is perfect all the foods are free only alcohol is payment there are so many activities I think 3night or more would be best staying but one or two night are also great
