Pleasant stay
The hotel was very cold on our first night. They had a power outage. Room was clean. No kettle, very basic room. Good shower, hot water. Nice location. Decent breakfast.

Good choice for a short stay
In general it is a nice hotel, just maybe not for a long stay. We were staying there for 10 nights and probably 5-7 would be enough. Breakfast was good, but the same all mornings, would be nice with some variety.
The room was nice and clean. We had problem with shower, they probably tried to fix it but didn’t. My bed/madras was too soft in the middle making a big hole,they put a top madras in the top and it helped a bit.
Great service, all staff was friendly and kind.
Location good, easy to get to the old town and other places. The hotel offers a shuttle bus to the beach

Traumhafter Kurzurlaub im AQA Palace
Wo soll ich anfangen? Es war ein traumhafter Aufenthalt im AQA Palace. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr Willkommen gefühlt. Außergewöhnlich aufmerksames und freundliches Personal in allen Bereichen, ein Frühstücksbuffet was keine Wünsche offen lässt, ein hervorragendes Restaurant mit einer ausgezeichneten Küche und einer tollen Weinkarte. Sehr schöne Poolanlage mit ausreichend Liegen über zwei Ebenen. Schöne ruhige Lage des Hotels am Kanal. Große klimatisierte Zimmer mit sehr guten Betten und Balkon. Wir waren nicht das letzte Mal im AQA Palace und freuen uns auf den nächsten Aufenthalt !

Wie immer perfekt. Begrüßung sehr familiär und herzlich. Zimmer sehr groß, Riesen Bett, große Dusche. Abendessen auf Hauben Niveau. Schöner Pool. Aber besonders hervorzuheben ist das Personal. Selten so freundliche und zuvorkommende Menschen gesehen. Danke Massimo 👈🏻😉 Nicht umsonst unser Lieblings Hotel. Alle Jahre wieder.

Tornato dopo l' esperienza positiva dello scorso anno, albergo top camera e bagno spaziosi e puliti riassetto giornaliero, ottima la colazione per qualità e quantità e degno di nota anche il ristorante per la cena cibo davvero delizioso e camerieri molto professionali e cortesi bella la piscina esterna con tavoli a bordo vasca...da tornarci!! Continuate così e arrivederci a presto ( lo spero con tutto il cuore)

Sicuramente non un 4 stelle superiore. Tra lo stabile rimodernato e la costruzione nuova aggiunta hanno creato un vortice di scomodità tra ascensori, uscite e rientri. Il sonno è proibitivo a causa di un vecchio ponte girevole in legno e ferro che produce rumori assordanti al passaggio dei veicoli. La stanza sicuramente non di questa categoria, tre stelle sono sufficienti. Pulizia della stanza molto sommaria con nessun rifacimento pomeridiano, frigo bar vuoto. Il vano piscina con erba sintetica e sabbia, raggiunge l'oscenità. La Spa abbandonata a se stessa con tutto non funzionante, sauna e bagno turco, piscina con acqua da chiazze oleose, nessun telo per asciugarsi disponibile all'interno. La distanza a mare con navetta-trenino è veramente ridicola per la categoria dell'hotel e scomoda . Il personale della ristorazione gentilissimo ma dal comportamento da pensione, non certamente da hotel 4 stelle lusso. Il ristorante che serve anche l'hotel lascia molto a desiderare in tutto e per tutto. Tavoli da pranzo a bordo piscina messi in quel modo a nostro avviso da evitare. Colazione nella piena normalità senza eccellenze, succhi di frutta invece acqua al sapore di non so cosa. Non ritorneremo.
