Wie immer perfekt. Begrüßung sehr familiär und herzlich. Zimmer sehr groß, Riesen Bett, große Dusche. Abendessen auf Hauben Niveau. Schöner Pool. Aber besonders hervorzuheben ist das Personal. Selten so freundliche und zuvorkommende Menschen gesehen. Danke Massimo 👈🏻😉 Nicht umsonst unser Lieblings Hotel. Alle Jahre wieder.

Tornato dopo l' esperienza positiva dello scorso anno, albergo top camera e bagno spaziosi e puliti riassetto giornaliero, ottima la colazione per qualità e quantità e degno di nota anche il ristorante per la cena cibo davvero delizioso e camerieri molto professionali e cortesi bella la piscina esterna con tavoli a bordo vasca...da tornarci!! Continuate così e arrivederci a presto ( lo spero con tutto il cuore)

Personal war zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich ! Die Anlage ist wunderschön und immer sauer und sehr gepflegt . Es gibt Parkmöglichkeiten genau vor dem Hotel . Wir sind super zufrieden!

Sicuramente non un 4 stelle superiore. Tra lo stabile rimodernato e la costruzione nuova aggiunta hanno creato un vortice di scomodità tra ascensori, uscite e rientri. Il sonno è proibitivo a causa di un vecchio ponte girevole in legno e ferro che produce rumori assordanti al passaggio dei veicoli. La stanza sicuramente non di questa categoria, tre stelle sono sufficienti. Pulizia della stanza molto sommaria con nessun rifacimento pomeridiano, frigo bar vuoto. Il vano piscina con erba sintetica e sabbia, raggiunge l'oscenità. La Spa abbandonata a se stessa con tutto non funzionante, sauna e bagno turco, piscina con acqua da chiazze oleose, nessun telo per asciugarsi disponibile all'interno. La distanza a mare con navetta-trenino è veramente ridicola per la categoria dell'hotel e scomoda . Il personale della ristorazione gentilissimo ma dal comportamento da pensione, non certamente da hotel 4 stelle lusso. Il ristorante che serve anche l'hotel lascia molto a desiderare in tutto e per tutto. Tavoli da pranzo a bordo piscina messi in quel modo a nostro avviso da evitare. Colazione nella piena normalità senza eccellenze, succhi di frutta invece acqua al sapore di non so cosa. Non ritorneremo.

We spent 5 nights in the hotel with family. I really liked the care, cleanliness and location. Fantastic food, professional and kind service. The old town is within easy walking distance, and the shuttle service to the beach runs every half hour. Thank you very much, we will definitely be back! I wholeheartedly recommend the hotel, it was a great experience.

Hotel 4 stelle prenotato all'ultimo momento perchè gli altri erano pieni e dei 3 stelle non mi fido. Buona la cena e buona la colazione ma niete di eccezionale per un 4 stelle (succhi di frutta sono davvero da cambiare). Mi sarei aspettato perlomeno Sky TV in camera. Non ci tornerei

Io direi che rappresenta eccellenza pura sul territorio ... provare per credere. Il ns. soggiorno giornalistico è stato allietato dal gentilissimo personale e servizi di pura eccellenza ... Il Resort è a pochi passi dal centro e sul meraviglioso canale navigabile ...

Tengo subito a precisare che il voto basso non riguarda ne' la professionalita' e nemmeno il soggiorno anzi, ho gia' soggiornato piu' volte in questo Hotel veramente bello ed accogliente. Il fatto negativo riguarda la cena del 25 Aprile. Avevamo io e mia moglie gia' cenato presso l'Hotel in modo impeccabile, ma quella sera la cena non e' stata certamente all'altezza. Sabbia nelle conchiglie dell'antipasto e nelle capasante, mentre la zuppa di mia moglie proprio slavata e insapore! Ho fatto presente la delusione e la cameriera(per carita' impeccabile nel servizio) si e' limitata a un "MI SPIACE"!! Veramente un peccato perche' in una cucina di questo livello,anche come costi(2 antipasti, due primi, vino e qcqua Eur.120), certe negligenze non dovrebbero capitare. Valerio Triboldi.
