It wasn’t easy when we started looking for our wedding reception around the Philippines as there are so many options to choose from. We got engaged last year in Clark Marriott Hotel, so it has a special place in our hearts, so me and my fiancee finally decided to do our wedding here. We were so happy that we have chosen Clark Marriott Hotel, we had the best and excellent customer service experienced ever specially with the help of Mr Jonas Carlo and Ms Laila, without them it wouldn’t be possible to have our dream wedding come true. They guided us and walk throughout until the end, from our presidential suite, food tasting, securities, and other amazing perks, everything went well and smoothly, no stress, whatever we asked they will make it work as much as possible. It was so easy to communicate with them even our wedding coordinator was also amazed how the chefs, managements and other hotel staff members were so professional, friendly and very accomodating. A year of preparation but it was definitely worth it, every moment we spent in Clark Marriott exceeded our expectations. The best part was every one of us enjoyed, and all our guests got positive feedbacks. We highly recommend Clark Marriott Hotel to celebrate your wedding, definitely more than 5 star for us. Everyone especially Gee , one of the staff who assisted and guide us here in Royce . She works 10pm - 6am shift and I can tell she has a golden heart and very welcoming to all the guests she encounters. Had been about 6 years since I last stayed here. For the most part it is the same although a bit more expensive than in the past. The pool and rooftop are great! The bed is average at best, would be expect a much softer/comfortable bed for the price. I would stay here again, if the price point drops to a more competitive rate.

Since it is a cheap accommodation, you don't need to expect much. The location is in the middle of the road toward Creatown, about 1.4km from the jeepney terminal across from Eurotel. The staff are friendly. It's nice to be able to rest quietly. The room is a bit spacious. These are advantages. The downside is that the water pressure in the shower is low and there are no places to eat nearby. To eat, you have to take a jeepney, tricycle, or Grab. Jeepneys run very frequently in both directions. And I think it's safe. As of January 24, the jeepney fare is 13 pesos.

Believe me it was bliss for me that travel became very limited during this pandemic. People are, like, away. Away. So I was fished out of my comfort zone by my husband who wanted to leave our current city -- a city that worships face shields, as if face masks weren't enough to choke us in this heat. We initially booked our flights to Bohol, hotels included. But thanks to the national government's ever-expanding classification of quarantines, we had to cancel that trip. We wanted to still celebrate a week-long birthday out of town so we planned on driving to cities with little or no quarantine restrictions. First stop: Angeles City in Pampanga. Pampanga is a province not in included in the NCR bubble in May 2021. So we didn't need to get tested or quarantined when we got there. We didn't realize looking for a pet-friendly hotel would be so difficult. We found a couple, but landed in Capitol Hill Hotel and Suites. The hotel isn't really inside Clarkfield. One enters the zone from NLEX and exits one of the side gates. You'll pass through what seems to be the former red light district of the old US Military (?) zone, and you'll find Capitol Hill build just outside the residential areas alongside some of the old and new hotels. This one looks new. Squeaky clean. They have ample parking spaces in front and beside the hotel building. With a crate, a couple of bags, and 4 small dogs, were pleased to be led to a room in the second floor. We still had to take several elevator trips to and from the car. I lost count on how many times the doorman held the door for us. The two ladies at the Reception were all smiles all the time. We were handed only one key card. But in all hotels that I've stayed in, I've always made it a rule to get two key cards, in case I leave the other one in the room. The room's about 50 square meters, with a king size bed, TV, and toiletries, a huge window that overlooks where we parked the car, and a see-through bathroom with a tub. Water pressure in the sink and shower were strong. And again, squeaky clean. The toilet flushes well. The entire building has wi-fi. We were provided with enough towels. The closet had two robes, two pairs of slippers, and a safety deposit box. Venture to the rooftop and you'll find the infinity pool, bar, and restaurant. The food is pricey if you're on a budget, but they serve them fast and with utmost concern about your taste. You don't have to take the towels from your room if you want to use the pool; they provide towels for that. I recommend you have dinner at the rooftop by yourself or with a date. The evening view of Clarkfield and the Clark Airport is spectacular. One floor below the rooftop is a small gym with a treadmill, peloton, and a few weights. The next morning, I had to stay in the room to prepare our stuff for our next lap in our tour. The phone rang asking us if we wanted our breakfast in the room or the restaurant at the rooftop.
