We stayed 1 night before getting on a cruise. Close to pizza and sports bar and of course McDonald’s. Nice pool

Very nice and clean hotel. We were placed on the top floor in the very back though. Drinks were overpriced but it's florida. Obviously on vacation so I feel the pool should be open later than 10pm. Not much around so bed at 11 it was unfortunately. Looks like I will be porting out of Miami for night life!

The couples i booked this for was not happy. they agreed to stay here because of the beautiful pictures and rating. but on getting there they where disappointed

The hotel room is old and they don’t tell you that they are going to change you $12.00 to park overnight. It appears that they are updating the hotel, too expensive for what you get right now.

Bar tenders in rooftop were rude and ****** ppl , On hot july night w 90 degrees heat they had heaters on ??!!!!! When asked to turn them off. He started giving attitude !!!

Filthy rooms and filthy grounds. They were bags of sheets and trash left outside my room overnight attracting rodents. Garbage strewn all over the property.nit looks like nobody cleans anything and I certainly didn't see anyone cleaning anything. Rooms were so dirty that I couldn't sleep. The room had the aroma of raw sewage too. Doors don't close correctly making it more unsafe. I actually found a used condom wrapped in tissue paper I see my bed when I arrived. Nasty! The room cleaners, who I never saw don't clean your room on multiple night stays nor do they take any trash or replace shampoo and soap. The employees are all lowlife mutants and talk trash about the guests. The security cameras are inaccessible to anyone in the hotel making the whole place insecure. The manager told me himself! The guy had no class whatsoever and doesn't give a damn about anything. This place is totally dirty and disgusting. Stay away. You've been warned

Definitely didn’t expect it to look this nice in person. I never care to get the BEST hotel room being that I’ll be there for a day or two but I got this BEAUTIFUL hotel for a great price. It has a lovely pool, jacuzzi, kiddie pool, bar and tennis court ! You’ll enjoy it

I was really giving this hotel the benefit of the doubt with the various photos of the rooms and reviews I read. But sadly I was pretty disappointed in this hotel. We stayed here before our cruise to be closer to the port. When we arrived it was late because our flight did not come in until 9pm and then arrived at the hotel close to 11pm. The staff were not rude but they also did not smile, did not even greet us, and then we were drawn a map to get to our room and my gosh finding this room was like a maze. Out the doors walk straight then right go to the 400 building walk through that and then take the elevator and walk around confused and tired trying to find this room. Which we did, it was one of their very outdated rooms. I didn’t mind at that point because I was exhausted but as I laid down the air conditioning unit kicked on in this giant cutout in the ceiling in the bathroom/sink area and the noise this air conditioning unit made woke me up every time it turned on, all night long. We had another hotel Wyndham garden after our cruise(closer to the airport) and the price was cheaper and the hotel was so much newer and nicer. The pool was the only nice thing about this hotel and we weren’t here long enough to enjoy it. I personally will not be returning to this hotel.

Great stay to be close to the ports for the cruises but the shuttle system needs improvement in coordinating guests to the ports which is 1 mile away.

We got stuck at an airpot in Charlotte after 16 hours of delays and multiple missed connections, called ahead to let them know we weren’t going to make it into town to be able to stay. Even though it was a non refundable rate, it is complete ******** when it is completely out of our control. Between Trip.com and this hotel they completely stuck us for $200+ and probably rented the room anyway since they knew we wouldn’t be there. Sad, because we wanted to stay at this resort. Now we never will. The worst? They told us all we had to do was have trip.com call and they would refund it, then trip.com let us know that they declined…so either trip lord or they did. Either way, both lost customers today!

This is the 4rd or 4th time we have stayed here we stay here to take cruises and it is so convenient and always clean and all the people are so courteous and welcoming. It is about 10 minutes from the Port Canaveral location where we leave for our cruises. Would highly recommend
