The property is a secure and well maintained home away from home -boasting beautiful mountain views in a very quiet part of Western Cape. The rooms are spacious and clean and the staff was exceptionally helpful. The property itself is well looked after and offers amenities such as a lovely pool area and braai facilities. My family and I enjoyed our time at this exclusive and quiet location. Many thanks to our wonderful hosts & their staff. Lefentse

Tucked away in a quiet area, the beautiful property is meticulously maintained and well appointed. Everything we needed and the location was perfect for our trip. Lovely gardens with mountain views and the sea close by its a little paradise in a world of its own. Would definitely stay there again.

We were looking for a quiet and relaxing location and indeed Wind-Rose Guest house offered that. Note it was in off-peak time and there were not many other guests. The service is great. It is not on walking distance to any restaurants so you need a car and the lovely Gordon's bay is nearby.

Wir wohnten 30 Tage im Windrose Guest House und waren überaus zufrieden. Das Apartment war fantastisch und mit allem ausgestattet, was man brauchte, das Frühstück war sehr gut, die Aussicht mit dem Sonnenuntergang fantastisch und letztlich die Gastgeber, Harald und Manu, ausgesprochen herzlich und das Personal höflich und aufmerksam. Wir haben für das nächste Jahr schon wieder gebucht.

We stayed at Wind-Rose Guest house during the December Christmas holiday. This was an amazing experience for me and my family. Carola, Peter and their friendly staff were absolutely amazing. They made us feel so welcome. The rooms were magnificent, the food was divine and the garden and swimming pool were beautiful. They were never too busy to accommodate our requests and everything was done with a friendly smile and warm heart. Carola, Peter and the friendly staff have become family.

Achtung…..neue Betreiber seit Dez 2022. Anfahrt zur Unterkunft ist etwas abenteuerlich. Die Einrichtung ist ziemlich einfach gehalten und mehr als Renovierungsbedürftig. Angeblich soll 2023 eine Photovoltaikanlage installiert werden. Das Frühstück ist sehr einfach gehalten und es gibt keine große Auswahl. Poolbereich ist sehr ordentlich gestaltet.
