Nice place to stay over and close to amenities
Great place to stay even if it is next to the container yard, noise was not bothering at all. Warren was very helpful and friendly upon receiving us.

Luxury apartment in a prime location
Uber luxury and in a fantastic location. Apartment was exceptionally clean and provided a wonderful base to explore Cape Town from. Building staff were also amazingly helpful and friendly. All in all a wonderful stay.

Terrible flats and poor hospitality
Waited 4 hours to check-in as the “Presidential Apartement” was not ready. Eventually we were taken to the flat and it was an absolute disgrace. Filthy stained carpets, everything was broken from kitchen appliances to cupboards and furniture. What a disgrace. They eventually moved us to another flat in Sea Point but by then it was 7pm and we were exhausted and the entire day had gone by and our food was spoiled. Terrible experience especially after I told them we had an 80 year old with us that wanted to rest.
The second flat was also not well serviced and we just didn’t have the energy. I sent a complaint to the manager and have had no response.

Spectacular short stay, can't wait to go back
Great stay in a luxury apartment with everything you could ask for including Netflix and an Air Fryer. We ate out the one night but then could resist cooking and eating in the second as everything was right there for us to use. To sum up we felt right at home.

Thoroughly enjoyable stay at the VA residences. Area and building was safe and walkable and the apartment was really nice and very spacious. Staff were wonderful as well.
