The hotel was perfectly located in the heart of Cape Town, easily accessible, clean and the staff were all very friendly and accomodating for all our requests. The rooms are of good size, we ended up not eating purely cause we rested so well. Quiet area. Outside the hotel we took some beautiful pics and had dinner at some of the restaurants and watched the rugby.I will definitely stay here again

This hotel does not have an elevator. There are 2 small flights of stairs which is OK but very inconvenient when you have 5 pieces luggage to get up to the room. I asked for help since there was no designated bellhop

The room in general was great. Shower was nice and warm. The pillows were great, the feather duvet was nice and warm. The bed was comfortable. Watching TV, I simply floated into dreamland. No disturbances, slept like a baby, woke up fresh. Would have appreciated a nice cup of fresh filter coffee delivered. Did collect from reception. I would absolutely love to visit again; it was like a dreamworld.

I asked during my booking to have a room downstairs, on arrival it was an upstairs room. The receptionist immediately did the change. I like the water fountain idea and the coffee station.

This was a best hotel I ever had, the room is very spacious, and the food wow, every meal is made on request and wait is worth it. Big ups to the chef. I will definitely come back here

We spent two nights here as we were hosting the Planetshakers conference in the Grand Arena. We had two rooms booked however many of the team stayed here. Rooms were good and the shower was great especially the water pressure. There was a great variety for breakfast which was good. On the first morning we however took breakfast packs and for R100 it was a winner. The TV channel selection was really not great unfortunately. After checking out one of our team members didn't check their cupboards properly and left quite a bit of clothes hanging behind in the room. The hotel called me as I had made the booking to inform me that items were left behind and we retrieved it after Sundays service.this was much appreciated
