My wife and I stayed at the zest boutique hotel for three nights, September 18 -21 And I cannot say enough good things about this property. It started with our airport pick up arrange to the hotel by Peter who was on time and very pleasant. Peter was also available to drive us into the waterfront area on multiple occasions and again back to the airport. He was wonderful. Our welcome tour of the hotel was amazing by Haseen, and the service we experienced during our stay was impeccable. Natalie even arranged for an impromptu. And the service we experienced during our stay was impeccable. Natalie even arranged for an impromptu wedding anniversary treat for us, which was amazing. The staff was so welcoming and attentive. Breakfast was wonderful. We did a massage at the sister hotel - Tree House and that was very nice as well, and that property looked wonderful too. We even had a chance to talk briefly to the owners of the property, and he was very sincere, gracious and super nice. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. Again, it’s the people in the service that set this hotel apart, we stayed at many places and this certainly ranks as one of the best places we’ve stayed at. We loved it and can’t wait to come back. location is also great, walking distance to the waterfront, but we used The arranged car service that the hotel used at a cost, which was reasonable. Faye at reception was also great.

It was a nice stay in Cape Town. The employees are very nice and accommodating. The rooms are clean - the facilities are ok. (you don't spend too much time in the room anyway) The breakfast was very tasty (buffet + a menu with warm dishes to order) We would book this hotel again. Thank you Guys! ☺️

Great, small hotel. Staff couldn’t have been more friendly.
Walkable to the waterfront along safe route. Convenient supermarket 2 minutes walk away.
A number of great restaurants around the corner too. Would recommend!

Von meinen diversen Besuchen im Villa Zest Boutique Hotel kann ich nur wärmstens schwärmen. Das kleine, sehr liebevoll geführte Hotel verfügt über gerade einmal 10 Zimmer, was ein sehr familiäres betreuen der Gäste ermöglicht. Jeder, aber auch wirklich jeder Mitarbeiter kennt die Gäste mit Namen. Beim exzellenten Frühstück, die Croissants sind ein Traum, die a la Carte bestellbaren Speisen aus der Küche sind durch die Bank hervorragend, kümmert sich insbesondere die liebe Faye hervorragend um die Gäste. Die Zimmer sind groß und modern eingerichtet. Sehr hell und freundlich. Man findet alles was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Sauberkeit der Zimmer und des Bads war durch die Bank Top. Abends sogar ein Aufdeckservice und man findet jedes Mal eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit auf dem Kopfkissen. Zutritt zum Hotel erhält man abends nur durch klingeln an der Tür (dies erhöht die absolut gegebene Sicherheit) und wird durch den so liebevoll, fast schüchtern wirkenden Curtley begrüßt. Er ist so etwas von freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend, selten so jemanden erlebt, er lebt Kunden Service. Den sehr außergewöhnlichen Service übertrifft hier im Haus eigentlich nur noch die herzliche, durch und durch sehr hilfsbereite Natale!!! Ob es um das Nachfragen nach dem Wohlbefinden geht, ob alles in Ordnung ist oder ob man sich bald wieder auf einen als Gast als Rückkehrer freuen kann, einfach perfekt. Auf Alles in Allem: Wunderbares kleines liebevolles Boutique Hotel mit sehr persönlichem Service und hervorragendem Frühstück. Preis-Leistung stimmt hier voll und ganz.

Friendliest hotel we have ever stayed at! Staff were amazing and so helpful. We had a great time and would highly recommend the hotel. The afternoon cakes were lovely. The room was huge and very clean. Close to the V&A waterfront and we walked down both evenings. Airport collection and drop off went really smoothly.

Hotel excelente, bem localizado nas proximidades do Water Front. Quarto amplo e claro, amplas janelas, mobiliário colorido e moderninho. Acesso aos quartos com elevador.
Atendentes da recepção maravilhosas. Café da manhã muito bom. O hotel tem roof top com bela vista, onde se pode degustar um vinho. Tem piscina e estacionamento grátis.

Rentnerpaar 2 Nächte am Wochenende Liegt abseits der Hauptstrasse in 10 Minuten Fussdistanz zur Waterfront. Kleines Boutique Hotel mit 14 Zimmer. Das Hotel hat 4 eigene Parkplätze plus 3 an der Strasse. Sehr freundliches, zuvorkommendes Personal, so dass man sich hier sofort wohl fühlt. Nathalie ist sehr präsent. Aufmerksamer Service. Das WC ist getrennt vom Bad. Das Morgenessen ist sehr gut, insbesondere die Croissants. Was speziell und gut war ist der Nachmittagskuchen, der auch am Abend erhältlich ist. Wir haben das Hotel am Abreistag, erst um 19:00 verlassen, kein Problem das Gepäck zu deponieren, sich dort zu duschen und sich umzuziehen. Das Hotel ist gut gesichert

Everything was wonderful at Zest Boutique Hotel. The staff were absolutely the nicest hotel staff I have ever encountered. The room was lovely and had everything we needed. I appreciated the environmental efforts made and the food, including the breakfast spread, dessert of the day, and homemade cookies in the room, was delicious. We were warned about the construction next door but it didn't bother us at all. We were able to easily walk from the hotel to the waterfront. I highly recommend staying here.
