The gym was in a very run-down condition. The food served on the 2nd floor was not tasty at all.

Staff were very friendly and the location was excellent. Waited quite a while to have the room available though. Also, the pool wasn't cleaned often enough. Other than that, great stay!

Hotel was at a good location perfect for planning tours and close to the waterfront and many places around the staff were friendly and accomodating breakfast was amazing loved the variety of food room was okay I would definitely recommend this hotel to travellers. The view is amazing from the bedroom overlooking the mountains from all directions

Can this hotel be removed from the platform? If there is no hot water supply at night, can it be called a four-star hotel? Can the parking fee be called a four-star hotel? Samsung hotels are better than this

arrived three days early before joining a group trip. I was in room 1612. It’s quite a busy hotel. Sometimes the elevator could take a while but not a big deal. The staff at front desk overall was great. The rest of staff equally friendly. Breakfast was decent. They did change the menu a bit every other day. The rooms were comfortable. No complaints about accommodations. View from room 1612 was great. Woke up to see Lion’s head. Location is good. I enjoyed walking over to V&A Waterfront. There were a lot of places to eat or sightsee going in the opposite direction of V&A. Returning late in evening can be a bit tricky. We were approached by individuals asking for money.

Great reception hospitality!! Good food . Very courteous staff . Well located. Rooms are small but comfortable. Staff very polite . A pleasant stay overall. Just 7 mins from water front and travelling by Uber is easy . Enjoyed my stay thoroughly

We stayed here for 4 nights and the experience was OK. Breakfast spread is good and the staff at the restaurant is good. Rooms are OLD and need repair. Front Office staff is Hostile and Rude. Mitch at the reception was very helpful. Bradley at the reception needs lessons in customer service. Hotel is near from the WaterFront ( 5 minutes drive ) which is a big plus.

Cresta Grande ... Cape Town ... I stayed in this property. Very strategically located on strand street ... With ever smiling reception staff who make you feel so homely with their consideration n ready to listen to you and helping to assist for any queries all the time ... To name a few like Bradley Monica Wilnington ,Walleed , Nolo and Joseph ... The rooms are well-maintained hats off to house keeping team ... The restaurant on second floor a precious place with poolside sitting too , it serves you perfect breakfast and the staff know their job so well ... Great team ... To name a few Sine ,Tsitsi ,Zizipo ,Chenica ... On my second stay in the same hotel , I was received with such a joy , I just can't get over ... Nitin .
