The staff at Cinnamon House consistently demonstrate polite, friendly attitudes which indicates that they love their job serving and assisting their guests. They are efficient and nothing is too much trouble to ensure that you have a home away from home stay. The premises is clean and tidy and is situated in a fantastic location - not far from the necessary shops. The beds are EXTREMELY comfortable like your'e on cloud 9 (excuse the pun). The rooms are generally spacious, clean and well maintained.

We were wowed by the views of the nearby wetland and birds right from our bedroom picture window! We spent 2 full days birding in the Cape Town area, and this was the only place we saw several species, such as Great Crested Grebe, African Spoonbill, Black-crowned Night-Heron, Pin-tailed Whydah, etc. Breakfasts were outstanding too and the staff and service were great. We didn't know about load-shedding, but that would have been an issue anywhere in South Africa. If you are new to South Africa, pay attention to the times when the power is out, so you can keep your phones and cameras charged for photos of the amazing birds there!

Our stay was awesome, the rooms provided were always clean and fresh. Staff were always happy and in good spirits. The breakfast was fresh, tasty and a welcome start to the morning. Thank you very much for an awesome stay.

This is a must stop over for any traveller, whether for business or pleasure. Friendly professional staff in a luxurious, safe comfortable house setting. Scrumptious breakfasts. Ideally situated in the Milnerton area, close to many shops, restaurants and businesses and tourist attractions. The view over the lake with the mallard ducks, are just so beautiful and serene!

It was a pleasure staying over at Cinnamon: staff were friendly and attentive, the room was clean and very comfortable, breakfast choices were varied and delicious. Also situated very well and close to the ocean and food outlets.

Thank you to Cinnamon House for a wonderful stay at the end of a crazy year. The spotless room and delicious breakfasts were just what was needed; a hub from which to visit family and explore the beauty of the Cape. Cinnamon House welcomed us at the end of each day with tranquility and beautiful views over the river. The staff was kind and efficient and we would love to visit again.
