The staff was so friendly and patient with my very rudimentary Spanish! Comfortable beds, lovely pool and excellent location in the tiny town of Capileira. Good value too!

The hotel is in a perfect location to stay and plan walks. The walks can be tough so take your walking boots and walking poles. The scenery was breathtaking. The bars and restaurants are very Alpujarranean. The hotel itself was perfect and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Room was comfortable, breakfast substantial. Staff were friendly and helpful. The location in the center of Capileria, on the church square, was delightful, though driving the rental car in to unload luggage before taking the car to nearby public parking (free) entailed narrow streets. Restaurants fronting the square were just short stroll away for dinner.

Lovely traditional hotel in a very small village with fantastic views.
Inside the hotel was a more modern touch, comfortable beds and views over the main centre.
Selection of restaurants all reasonably priced for the amount of food served.
Good base to explore the mountains more.
Only downside if there is one, is that the main carpark can get very busy so spaces are a scarce.

We just love this place. Staff smiling, friendly and helpful. Everything clean and cozy. The breakfast was delicious, fresh fruit, various bread and we could choose between several kinds of eggs The coffee was strong and black, just the way we like it. Prices most affordable. We can strongly recommend this lovely hotel We will definitely come back!
