Girls overnight trip. Large, clean room. We really enjoyed the jacuzzi. Friendly staff. Would definitely stay again.

Nothing negative about this hotel. Everything was perfect. Clean, nicely decorated, good value. Lovely outside eating area with shade next to breakfast room. Everything was perfect. I would just suggest one thing: more of a light blocking window covering. The only other thing was that there was a person pacing the floor back and forth above us. That's not the hotel's fault but maybe some soundproofing would help. Staff was great. Breakfast was great. Loved the fact that there was plain (not sugared) cottage cheese for breakfast.

There is so much to love about this property. The room and property were clean and well kept. The shower had shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner in bottles on the wall, which were full. This isn't the case in other hotels I have been to. The gym had everything needed for a great workout. The breakfast looked amazing. There wasn't anything missing that would make for a filling breakfast. Sadly, we were unable to eat it due to our plant based diet. Every staff we encountered all had smiles and greeted us as they walked by. I can say from this experience that I will now be on the lookout for using Best Westerns from now on when available.

Everything was great. i loved everything the breakfast, the pool, costumer service, the room and the area . The breakfast was delicious and i love clean rooms and the bathroom and they didn’t disappoint us. Pool was clean and the staff was really nice!!!!

Great hotel in every respect.... except for allocation to us of Room 220 which was continually disrupted by noise from the main door from/ to the hotel from the car park - the room is situated DIRECTLY above this door. There was also a continuous throbbing humming noise coming from the corridor. So great hotel, but avoid 220

Friendly staff, spacious and clean rooms. Warm cookies when we checked in and very helpful staff on local restaurants. Excellent, hot and full breakfast. Will definitely again! Capitola was a beautiful beach town with great restaurants and hotel was in a great spot.

We had a suite which gave us more space although the couch was a little uncomfortable to sit on! The breakfast was great. The noise from the suite above carried and disturbed our sleep a couple of times hence the 4! Good location can walk to the beach quite easily.

Staff is amazing. Very accommodating with our needs. Very hospitable. We will definitely be staying there again in the near future. The property was clean very modern. The outside area was very welcoming. My biggest compliment I can give is about the staff. They made the experience even better
