Anlage und Zimmer sind echt super. Spa ist inklusive, jedoch bezahlt man es , darf es aber mit Kinder nicht benutzen. Das Service ist echt unterdurchschnittlichlich. Das Frühstück endet um 10.30. ich wollte um 10.31 noch einen Kaffee bestellen, nicht möglich. Late checkout….nicht möglich. Usw. Für ein Hotel dieser Klasse unwürdig.

A distanza di qualche anno, sono tornato al Resort. Accoglienza sempre impeccabile. Personale, nei vari settori, sempre disponibile, garbato, mai invadente; pronto ad esaudire ogni richiesta. Ottimi i servizi a disposizione: - spiaggia - piscina - palestra - Spa (ottimo l'infuso al bergamotto). La colazione di buon livello, con un menu completo. Le camere ben accessoriate e dotate di ampie, comode terrazze e sempre orientate a mare. Rispetto alle esperienze passate, forse, la cucina ha perso un pò di cura e, soprattutto, non viene mai servito un buon piatto di "fileja" (la "stroncatura" calabrese è servita solo al Ristorante Strombolicchio, escluso dai menu HB del Ristorante Mantineo!). Una nota dolente è data dal pagamento extra del posto spiaggia (con 2 lettini ed ombrellone) al prezzo di € 50,00/giorno. Che tristezza!

Esperienza pessima...personale non preparato e superficiale...direttore incapace ed assente. Non consiglio assolutamente . Abbiamo comunicato alla prenotazione ed al nostro arrivo un problema di celiachia e di allergia alla farina ed il risultato è stato uno sciok anafilattico in quanto il personale non ne capiva niente

Location bella e contemporanea , stanze e ambienti puliti e organizzati , buona la ristorazione in tutte e due i ristoranti , consiglio personale : un po’ più di formazione ai camerieri , un plauso a Mattia per la sua simpatia come un plauso va anche a chi si è dato da fare per farci sentire bene ma haime paga lo scotto del noviziato. Tutto sommato consiglio questo resort per coloro che vogliono ricaricarsi dalla vita frenetica.

Struttura molto bella, sul mare (anche se la strada per arrivarci non prometterebbe nulla di buono), con spiaggia privata, immersa nel verde e tenuta benissimo, verde compresa. Le camere sono disposte a raggiera sul piano terra e piano primo, molto ampie e molto comode, acqua naturale e frizzante rifornita tutti i giorni in camera, biancheria da letto di ottima qualità (sembrerà un'inezia ma per me è un elemento distintivo), letti comodi. Piscina esterna con acqua di mare e piscine interne nell'area spa. Colazione con molta varietà sia di dolce che di salato, compreso addetto alle omelette. Unico neo: il ristorante Strombolicchio a bordo piscina, l'altro il Mantineo è nella zona centrale. Bella la location ma un quarto d'ora di attesa e abbiamo dovuto chiedere noi il menu', sono arrivati i primi piatti e nessuno ci aveva chiesto se volevamo il vino, quindi di nuovo chiamiamo la cameriera, ci portano i secondi ma non le posate, di nuovo chiediamo, il maitre (o quello che abbiamo supposto esserlo) non si è neanche avvicinato al tavolo. Piatti troppo pasticciati, la catalana imbarazzante per la scarsità del pesce. L'unico che sembrava averne un'idea era un giovane cameriere ucraino che si muoveva con una certa professionalità, per il resto no comment...Nel complesso l'esperienza è stata eccellente perché si può anche non mangiare allo Strombolicchio. Molto meglio i piatti che il bar prepara per gli aperitivi (ottima e abbondante selezione di formaggi e di salumi).

Siamo arrivati oggi. Purtroppo abbiamo trovato la struttura più decadente rispetto all’anno scorso. Pur avendo prenotato la stessa tipologia di camera ci è stata assegnata una stanza che sembra di servizio. Inoltre il servizio SPA quest’anno è consentito solo dai 16 anni in su e mia figlia, che l’anno scorso aveva potuto usufruire del servizio ogni giorno, quest’anno si trova nell’impossibilità di potervi accedere. Il personale, seppur gentile, non è particolarmente disponibile nel cercare di risolvere le problematiche. Insomma, proprio in vero peccato. Un contesto che non consiglierei più.
