The hotelroom was dark, noisy, the bed was terrible. The restaurant is ok, at breakfast there is not a big selection, the baked goods were more times dried. The pizza and the alacart is good. Prices are high. The beach is nice, water is clear and warm. Staff is not like the italian hospitality, sometimes rude or bored. To reach the hotel and then go for trips you need a car. There are huge level differences in this area.

Villaggio meraviglioso e ben curato, una varietà di piante e fiori 🌴🌸🌺🌵in cui immergersi, camera super comoda, bagno con doppia doccia da non uscire più!!!! Personale accogliente e gentile con menzione particolare al barman 🍹🍸 Demetrio. Colazione e cena ottime e abbondanti. Esperienza positiva....❤️🏖️🌅🌊

Piccolo villaggio a conduzione familiare (questo fa la differenza!) in posizione meravigliosa, affacciato direttamente sulla spiaggia di Grotticelle. Abbiamo apprezzato la vicinanza a tutti i servizi, entro 40 metri di distanza si passa dalla camera, alla spiaggia, al bar, al miniclub e bar/ristorante. Personale molto cortese e disponibile. Animazione simpatica e non invadente, capace di attirare i bambini col sorriso. Grazie a loro ci siamo sentiti in famiglia. Camere suite meravigliose! Ampie, pulitissime, in stile moderno..e aggiungerei strabello! Un'attenzione ai dettagli d'arredo che difficilmente si trova nei villaggi turistici! Consigliamo vivamente questo villaggio sperando di poterci tornare presto!

Il luogo dove è situato il villaggio è molto bello, così come la spiaggia e il mare, molto pulito. Il problema che abbiamo avuto riguardava l'appartamento. Non era pulito a dovere, puzzava di chiuso, il lavandino del bagno era otturato. Detto ciò la cosa più fastidiosa era la mancanza di luce: la cucina/soggiorno aveva solo una piccola finestra di 0,5 mq, per una superficie di circa 25 mq, la luminosità di una caverna! Mio marito ha tentato di farsi cambiare appartamento, ma è stato rimbalzato in malo modo. Parole testuali "se non eravamo soddisfatti potevamo andarcene e ci avrebbero rimborsato!".

Da menzionare il cameriere Demetrio per la sua gentilezza e disponibilità, il mare è stupendo, cibo di ottima qualità sia di mare che di terra. Cambio degli asciugamani quotidiano molto gradito, incluso parcheggio coperto, e utilizzo anche della canoa

Struttura ben mantenuta e praticamente sulla spiaggia con un mare splendido. Peccato che la spiaggia abbia pressoché sdraio al posto di lettini che francamente non vedevo dagli anni 80 nella riviera romagnola. Il check out alle 10 e’ un’altra unicità quando in ofni hotel di solito avviene alle 11 se non alle 12 con nessuna possibilità di rimanere e godersi il mare qualche ora in piu’ se non pagando l’ingresso giornaliero alla spiaggia.Diciamo che mentre la struttura e’ proiettata nel 2030 l’ospitalità e’ ancora ferma agli anni 80’

L’hotel è in una posizione splendida, direttamente sulla spiaggia di Grotticelle; le camere ampie e arredate con molto gusto (quantomeno la nostra, una superior, che godeva anche della vista mare, pur non avendola richiesta). A differenza di altre, posizionate a più distanza e servite da una navetta, la nostra camera era a pochi metri sia dal ristorante che dalla spiaggia. Ottima la colazione a buffet, molto varia; buono il ristorante (avevamo la mezza pensione), anche se qualche volta un po’ disorganizzato. Aspetti negativi: il bar sulla spiaggia e quello sulla piscina non offrivano alcuna possibilità di snack e piatti veloci per il pranzo per chi non volesse usufruire del ristorante (abbastanza caro); il minimarket era abbastanza sfornito; la spiaggia privata talvolta poco curata dai bagnini. Nel complesso comunque un’esperienza positiva e senz’altro consigliabile.

Sehr nette Anlage, wir waren ende Juni 10 Tage zu Gast im Hotel village Eden und waren extrem zufrieden. Nettes Personal und sehr Freundlich. Sehr zu Empfehlen, wir konnten uns am Strand und auch am Pool super entspannen. Wir werden wieder kommen :-) Liebe Grüße auch an Claudio dem Shuttle Fahrer der uns Täglich vom Zimmer zum Strand oder Strand zum Pool gefahren hat, er hat uns nie länger als 2 Minuten waren lassen. Es war einfach toll im Eden.
