Wow what a place!
This is a wonderful hotel with the most amazing staff. You are met by the most welcoming and helpful staff. Ensure you use the free taxi service to get around which was an amazing addition to the trip and made life easy.
The room was gorgeous with incredible views of the island. We were upgraded to a too. With a hot tub which was incredible!
All the staff were always gathered for any request and couldn’t do enough for you. They were kind and attentive and gave some great suggestions when it came to visiting the island and dining.
The box of toiletries you’re given on arrival is perfect for any ladies travelling as you don’t need to think about a thing.
This is highly recommended and we would definitely go back

Very good hotel highly recommended
Especially the sea view room, when you wake up every morning, you feel like you are in a postcard from Capri.
The hotel can arrange pick-up from Naples and ferry to the hotel. One-stop service is very friendly to tourists.
There are also free shuttle buses to and from the city on weekdays.

What a fabulous 3 night stay we had at this amazing hotel. Everything was perfect from the hotel, the food to the wonderful staff. From the minute we arrived nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff. They could not do enough to make our stay perfect and one we will never forget. We have stayed in a lot of 5 star hotels around the world but Excelsior Parco would definitely be at the top of them all. Buddika the driver at the hotel was such a lovely man and always smiling. Gabriella on reception so helpful, arranging restaurants for us and helping us have the best time . The waiting staff were also wonderful. Would love to go back if we visit the beautiful island of capri again. IT WAS THE BEST ❤️

Excellent and very personal service allover. Beautiful hotel with a good location close to harbour, Capri town and Villa Michele. Their breakfast was the best. The hotel offers free shuttle service to Capri town and to and from the harbour. This is a hotel to return to!

My wife and I had a truly memorable honeymoon at the Excelsior Parco. We thoroughly enjoyed our private terrace and the relaxing pool.So much so, that we cancelled our beach club day, to stay at the hotel. The Excelsior team helped us with everything, tips for things to do, local dishes to try, reservations, and even providing rides around the island! It was a world-class experience, highly recommended.

Absolutely fantastic experience. The room, pool and food were all excellent. The stars of the show are definitely the staff though. Gabriella gave us an overview of the island and places to see on arrival. She was also able to get us bookings at the best tables in the restaurants we wanted to try. All of the staff made us feel very welcome. Drop off and pick up from the town centre and marina by the hotel cars makes getting around very convenient.

We had an amazing stay at excelsior Parco! We had a beautiful room, very friendly and accommodating hotel staff, and great view! 10/10 experience and we highly recommend to anyone traveling to Capri. Hope to come back for another stay again!

This hotel was AMAZING! the rooms were beautiful! , The patio area in and out was just perfection especially for breakfast. An Extremely nice pool and outdoor lounge area over looking Capri and it's stunning cliffs as well as Mt. Vesuvius. The staff at this hotel are second to NONE - They were absalutley AMAZING!!!! And truly made our visit. From Complimentary rides to acknowledging every single detail. We arrived and Gabrielle noticed it was my wife birthday and surprised us both with a special desert and Acknowledgment. I can not say enough about this hotel and particularly the staff. Simply amazing! Thank you for a wonderful experience. The O'Briens
