This hotel is not friendly to the Chinese, and they charge an extra 120 euros for luggage. What's even more exasperating is that they don't want to pick you up at the foot of the mountain, and Ctrip intervened in the communication. We waited in the square for 40 minutes. This is the worst hotel I have ever met in Italy!
