A great hotel, it has all the comforts, excellent location, Andrea greeted us and said goodbye, she was very attentive and friendly, the only thing they can improve is to have vegan options such as milk or yogurt for breakfast. Overall it exceeded our expectations.

Never expected such OUTRAGEOUS service at this ridiculously overpriced hotel, pretending to be a luxury 5 stars. Please read before you book! 15th-18th August 2014, Family occupied 3 rooms and suites. (I lived in 503). 1. The wifi only worked in the walk in closet and sometimes not even there. 2. The hotel boasts about having a pool. Do not be fooled. It is more of a really big bath and the water is cold. When I say “cold” I mean too cold to even wet your feet in during 30+ heat. 3. In case you want the luxury of a gym be prepared to workout with absolutely no air conditioning in a windowless 20 square metre room. Perhaps the AC exists but quite obviously doesn’t work. 4. I hope you like mini pizzas and kiwis for breakfast because that is what you will be having every morning if you want to avoid an upset stomach. The “fresh” juices are so fresh that they are naturally carbonated and the prunes have reached a completely new level of “gone sour”. 5. The hotel offers a service of delivering your bags to the harbour without you having to drag the luggage across cobbled streets. Upon using said service and receiving the bags I was missing two brand new very expensive pairs of shoes. Someone went through my bags, stole the new shoes and left behind the empty bags and the cheaper shoes. Having called the hotel multiple times I was left extremely disappointed by the staff that are reluctant to show any responsibility for the valuables that went missing while the bags were under their supervision and responsibility. So far I am left with no shoes and no compensation. I have been to Capri multiple times and there are many other better hotels here. If you are looking for a hotel with good service then keep looking because Tiberio Palace isn’t the one. The situation where they refuse to even acknowledge their responsibility during the transportation of the luggage is beyond unacceptable.

the hotel is wonderful, beautiful gardens, the staff is always friendly and at your service. the bed and pillow great. the view of the hotel is awesome!! the breakfast also good . we have dinner at the restaurant of the hotel great cooking , romantic seating, a bit more expensive than going out to capri center ( dinner for two only main course and a couple of wine glass 100 euros). I would definitely highly recommend this hotel. price is excellent for what you are receiving. 5 stars hotel. nothing bad to say about this location. shuttle service excellent and free. write to the hotel so they will pick you up at the port. you can walk to the hotel but is a little tough with the luggage .

Usually do not do hotel reviews, but this one because there are not many people commenting, I hope my evaluation will help you choose a hotel. When booking the hotel, there were actually some cockroaches, worried that the room was too small and too old (because the introduction did not show the decoration time, and the suite area showed that it was 38 square meters). The fact is that it is quite clean and tidy (not losing the Six Senses I have only opened in Rome for 23 years) and the area is wrong! In fact, each room is divided into two floors (one living room and viewing balcony; two bedrooms, cloakrooms and bathrooms) and is large enough to add up to about six or seventy square meters. The scenery of the island does not need to be explained. The hotel is very suitable for leisure and vacation because at the end of the island, it crosses the noisy famous store street and enjoys the tranquility of the side. More worthy of recognition is the service of this hotel, luggage up and down the mountain, ticket purchase, travel time arrangement, thrown to the front desk, all for you to arrange properly, is a wonderful stay experience.

Great value nice big room, the best is that the hotel is not a big walk up and down the hill so to walk to town is easy. Strategically positioned within 8 mins of Prada lol but seriously. Total peace total quite. The pool is positioned perfect to give you option of sun and shade. The people working the pool did a great job allowing kids to play but not to the point it became annoying for My wife and I yo enjoy our adult trip. Hotel was a great value. I would take the sky team to the top and walk to hotel to save €50. I did an hour walk each morning while the city was still sleeping which was amazing! All the little wiring roads with so much to explore. The hotel staff worked as a team and always accommodating to any need. The person that look after the bar worked many hours always with a smile ready to greet me with a pink adult beverage to take the edge off. The price was right too!
