El staff todo muy amable, siempre a disposición. Un experiencia única pasada en pleno Caracas. La comida, la habitación, y los espacios de uso común, todo muy cómodo. Está rodeada por muchos restaurantes ricos y comercios lujosos, vale la pena conocer y probar.

Staff at this hotel are trained well, the service here is extraordinary. Bathroom is beautiful and spacious with nice products. The shower pressure was good. The details of giving venezuelan chocolate was thoughtful and it is delecious selection. I only wish I discovered this hotel earlier

Best hotel in Caracas. Everything from the room to the amenities and the hotel staff was perfect. It‘s more expensive than other 5 Star hotels in the city but the value for price is much better than i.e at the Eurobuidling. The staff went above and beyond to accomodate our wishes and we‘ll happily stay here again.
