조식도 좋았고 너무 좋았어요. 택시 필요하다고 말씀드리면 바로 친절하게 예약도 해주시고 로비에서 커피포트도 이용할 수 있어서 유용했습니다.

Breakfast was good and I really liked it. When I told them I needed a taxi, they kindly made a reservation right away, and I was able to use a coffee pot in the lobby, which was useful.

We spent 2 nights here.  Staff at reception was super friendly and helpful  Op Room was very good, not big, but well designed. So plenty of space.  Windows can be opened. We love that.  Laminated floor, is super clean feel.  Wonderful view of the fortress.   Breakfast was very good. Coffee, hot chocolate and tea from a food machine.  Plenty of bread and pastries, fruit, yoghurt and cereals. Fresh juice.  Friendly staff there as well !   Swimming pool area well equipped with beds and parasols.  Every night the pool is cleaned extensively.  There is an adopted house cat named Chavalier.   Regarding the bad reviews because of the swimming pool. It seems a bit harsh to give such a bad score only because the pool is not available.  The location of the hotel is perfect, within walking distance of the fortress and in a safe area.  There is a small supermarket at 350 m from the hotel and no noise from busy streets.   I can really recommend this hotel!!

My husband, daughter and myself stayed here in June. Staff were so helpful especially Axel who gave us lots of information about things to do. The restaurant staff were very nice and the food tasty. Really clean with a lovely pool. Great for families.

Free car parking. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The hotel has a pleasant bar area for a nightcap. The breakfasts were excellent. One of the key things is the fantastic location, only ten minutes walk from the city walls.
