Great services and clean room

The housing environment is satisfactory, but the streets are full of slippery dead leaves that are not cleaned and can easily cause slips. Satisfied with overall service Satisfactory indoor hygiene The facilities are complete, but there are many scratches on the inner wall of the frying pan and should be replaced. The TV remote control may not be usable without power.

Lovely apartment, great location and paid parking at rear. 15 mins or less walking distance to city centre and amenities. 10 minutes walk to the lovely Bute Park.

Great location for staying in Cardiff. Apartment very clean and was ideal for the four of us. Pre stay information very good and helpful. Parking also brilliant and totally safe. Would certainly recommend.

Great location, large appartement. The location is very quiet, although it is in Cardiff centre. Pubs and restaurants around. Possibility to use the Saco parking the rear of the building. Appartment is very well equipped and cosy.

We were a family of 5 and stayed for just one night, we definitely recommend and would stay again. Apartment was exceptional, clean and all very new, we could easily live here! No more than a 15 minute walk into the town centre and paid the extra £10 to park on the premises. Overall a very pleasant stay, wish we stayed for a few more nights. Thank you

The place was great! I am a light sleeper so I find it difficult to find comfortable places especially from a noise or mattress quality perspective, but this flat has everything right! None of the windows are on the road side, they are towards the side or the rear, and the flat is in the extended part of the building, so it's quite a way away from the front road, which is great! When you are in, you can barely hear the road with the windows open, and nothing at all with windows closed! Also, the beds are really good. I normally have a semi-firm to firm mattress and I find it hard to sleep on anything softer, which is often what you find in air bnbs or hotels, so I was really pleasantly surprised here. You're not bouncing around every time you turn, and you're not sinking in in the middle and waking up with a back ache. Also there are pillows of different firmness so you can pick the one that suits you best. I really loved the place and the other guests too, everyone had a great sleep! I would definitely book this place again if I am visiting Cardiff again!

Booked through *********** but not aware of extra charges that I had to pay. Their response was ‘if you’d have booked with us directly these charges would have been clear’. Without using *********** you wouldn’t have had my business.

A perfect stay! Very clean and spacious apartment and close to the city centre. Beds comfortable and linen crisp and clean! Would highly recommend for a stay in Cardiff. Will definitely be visiting again! Thank you
