I had recently visited Carlisle for work & this property was situated just 5 miles away, conveniently located just off the highway. Chili's & Cracker Barrell restaurants are walking 2 min. distance along with a 24 Hour 7-11 & a Home Depot & a 5 minute drive to Walmart & plenty of other restaurants, so I loved the location. There is plenty of parking available around the property, since I had rented a car from Philadelphia Airport. The room is basic, medium sized, but very clean, fresh & with Direct TV. The Hotel only offers Breakfast & 24 Hour Coffee, Tea & Hot Chocolate. It also has an indoor swimming pool. However, there is no restaurant or bar in this propery, but due to its close vacinity to multiple places to dine & option to order food online, I had no problems. The owners, a married couple were very warm, courteous, attentive & would give me knowledge & tips of the local attactions, always with a smile. Also the other Front Staff were very friendly, courteous & professional. The Hotel front is also not noisy & quite peaceful. The hotel decor is new...ish & modern. Would definitely stay here again if visiting Carlisle & Harrisburg area.

When booking, I booked two of my three nights here then added a third with a different room type. I did not want to change rooms and there was no availability to stay. Tracy at the front desk moved mountains and accommodated me by going out of her way and finding a last minute cancelation so I would not have to change. She made my stay so much easier and she smiles and is happy to make people smile and give suggestions for the area as well. Thank you Tracy.
