Our stay was wonderful. The only issue was there was a family that let their children run up and down the hallways late at night but this is not the hotel’s fault. Enjoy our stay!

Very CLEAN, well cared for property with professional, courteous and helpful staff. After traveling and staying in disappointing hotels for a week this one was just what we needed. We will stay again when in town. Great job to the managing staff !

The kitchen was nit as advertised and barely equipped. The sink was backed up and we needed to have the staff come in and unclog the garbage disposal. The shower hand mold and mildue above the 6.5 foot mark. The beds were marginal at best. The front desk staff said they would comp us bouns points for the inconvenience and that never happed. Dont waste your time and money. Their are plenty of other places to stay

Great hotel in the center of town. The rooms are large and clean, the beds are comfortable and the staff offers proactive upgrades for elite members. There is not much more you could ask for, especially at a limited service hotel. I will definitely return next time I’m in town.

Had a lovely stay over spring break with our family and small dog. The breakfast was a delight for the kids—-constantly being restocked, clean and with an amazing variety of foods. Room was comfortable. The only issue is that the area for dogs (despite providing poop bags) was littered with poop. This was also found by the pool. This is more of a reflection of the customers than the hotel but I wish guests were asked to clean up after their pets or charge an additional fee if they are caught not cleaning up after them.

Loved the location and convivence to both Carlsbad Caverns and Guadalupe Mountains Nation Park. The room itself was a great size with a full kitchenette. Refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, 12 cup coffee maker, and 2-burner top made it very easy to have meals in our room after long days of hiking. Bathroom was a great size, closet had great shelving and storage.
