Fairfield Inn & Suites Indianapolis Carmel

This hotel has become my favorite one when I'm in Indianapolis. I was in town to visit friends and do some work. Unfortunately my work involved getting a lot of packages sent to the hotel for me. Tiffany and Kristan at the front desk were amazing. They were helpful and friendly, calling me on my cell phone or room phone to let me know when something arrived and even offering to help me carry them out when I had more than one. Not only were they great but the room was clean and quiet and breakfast was very good too. I've already recommended this hotel to coworkers and I've rebooked it for two more upcoming trips. It's the best Fairfield I've stayed in and I'll be back!

Fairly basic hotel but decent enough and convenient. Rooms are very large, clean and comfortable. Amazing gym. The staff were ok, albeit not the most polite at times. The breakfast while fresh and tasty, just a terrible waste of stryofoam plates and plastic cutlery, I could not believe the amount of trash that goes to a landfill for every breakfast... how hard is it to have real plates and cutlery? This was enough for me to not return next business trip.

a great three star hotel. clean and feels safe

Fantastic location. Extremely clean including all common areas and bathrooms. The front desk staff and housekeeping were both friendly and accommodating. The building is solid to help eliminate noise outside o your room. There is a pool but no hot tub, which is our personal preference for evening relaxation. Fitness room was large with multiple machines and weight options. The rooms are compact, but well laid out; we appreciated the long shelf for chargers, keys, etc. It would have been nice to have an additional hook on the outside of the closet since there were two of us with dress outfits. The bathrooms and shower are generous size, but there needs to be an option for an additional bright light at the vanity, the lighting was horrible to put make-up on. Great breakfast offerings that were hot and fresh and I could easily find options that were keto friendly. Overall a five star stay and we would highly recommend the Fairfield Inns and Suites of Carmel.

The staff was very welcoming and the property was clean. Nice place to stay in Carmel.

Had a room planned and booked since February for a baseball tournament in mid May.. Got booted from a baseball tournament 4 days before the weekend due to circumstances out of our control, and hotel manager refuses to refund(extremely high rates) our help out whatsoever. Will never stay at a Marriot again.

The front desk staff was friendly and helpful - particularly with dining options and directions. The location was nice and quiet while still being near the places we were going.

We had a very large group staying (20 or so who attended college together 40 years ago) in town for a Celebration of Life and we basically took over (after being given permission) the dining area in the evening, bringing our coolers and some food so we could all be together and catch up. We all appreciated being given the go-ahead to be able to gather there. Thank you!!
