Super satisfied, it is the best hotel we have stayed in during this trip to the United States, whether it is the hotel decoration, lobby, cleanliness of the room, rich breakfast, fresh fruit, the only hotel with raspberries, blueberries and mulberries, the most impressive is the attitude and enthusiasm of all hotel service staff, which makes us feel very comfortable and respected. We actively gave consumption to all our staff, recognized, respected and appreciated their professionalism, and were happy for Marriott to have great employees and corporate management and culture, which exceeded expectations. The dinner was also great, with a large parking lot and gym. I will definitely come back next time

Great location and property, and Henry is always a friendly face for coffee in the morning. He’s great with your coffee order and always remembers repeat guests. The breakfast location becomes a great place for wine and cocktails in the evening so the common area is very full service.

Amazing service especially from Henry at Starbucks! Everyone was friendly and helpful and made our stay enjoyable. Restaurant staff was great, food good. Nice area. The gym was well equipped with cardio and weights. Pool nice, a little small. No hot tub. Nice downtown area of Carmel. Safe neighborhood.

This property was super clean and nice for a night. In the website they stated their pool was heated, but it definitely wasn’t so that was a bummer.

Henry at the cafe was amazing. Great guy and made me a great coffee. He definitely needs to get a raise! I will definitely come back. The hotel was ok but the service I experienced was what made my trip and why I would actually return. Again Henry was the best part of my visit. He was a wonderful person to meet.

Henry was such a pleasure to run into here! He was super helpful and made the best coffee - I love how was making sure our company was getting lunch today! The tables and service was also great during our time here. The food was delicious and space was comfortable.
