We have booked there many times over the years. We had to go home early because my husband was sick with Covid. When we requested a refund on the room, we left 4 days early., we were told because we had paid in advance it would not be refunded. We were disappointed.

The hotel is at a great location,room was clean, staff was very friendly, only down fall is the parking they only give you 1 parking pass so if you have 2 vehicles you have to pay to park in a different parking lot a little pricey

Johnnie, at the bistro, was very helpful and friendly. We are thankful for his advise on adventures our family could do while visiting. Also, he makes great drinks! My espresso martini was on point, just like the trip to Southport. Thank you!

Johnnie provided great service. He talked to us about things to do in Carolina Beach and the surrounding areas and recommended the largest 4th of July parade in North Carolina. He was easy to talk with, friendly and outgoing. We enjoyed chatting with him.

This property is amazing! All the rooms are oceanfront. Everything is in walking distance. You never have to move your car. Make sure stop by the Bistro. Ask for Laura. Absolutely the best service. She was kind and genuine. Was truly an amazing trip with the family. We will return.

While the hotel is great (comfy beds, clean rooms), the staff is 5-STAR friendly and made our stay super special! Johnnie Greene at the Bistro Bar makes a magnificent margarita, and he sure did make my aunt feel very special on her birthday! Thank you for a great stay!

Great service in the bar with Johnnie! Margaritas are delicious but please, can we have salted rims? All the staff was very friendly and made our stay special for my aunts birthday . Enjoyed being able to use the beach wheelchair with my handicapped aunt.

Location and service can’t be beat. Johnnie was incredibly helpful in recommending activities while staying in CB. My family and I took a lovely trip to Southport per his recommendation and I found the perfect kitchen table for our new home at a quaint little antique store.

Johnnie was the best . Highly recommend this hotel and his wonderful recommendations while on vacation here with family . Between his services and time spent by the outside pool and beach . Me and my family will definitely be coming back here in the near future .
