This place, this place, this place. Very deceiving. First off when you pull up you would think you are about to walk into a 5 star amazing hotel. The front and lobby is beautiful. By the time I reached the elevator I knew it was gonna be bad. The smell was horrendous. It reeks of mold in this place. Oh and the room it looked like nobody has stayed there for some time. Everything was unplugged, it was HOT and WET and the sheets were filthy. My husband went downstairs to get clean sheets only for those to be dirty too. My city view was the back parking lot. The sink was broke and the shower pressure was almost non existent. We slept fully clothed and checked out 1st thing in the morning. Horrible experience. Beware this place is full of MOLD. You can even see it from the top of the roof

Even though our room had issues, I've never stayed at a hotel that was quicker to send maintenance to fix the issue. Only 1 block from the beach and easy to walk to town for food, etc. Very nice for the price!

Upon entering the facility it looked nice. We immediately went to the pool & jacuzzi which were both filled with bugs and scum. We got to our room and the bathroom was super small with nowhere to place soap or toiletries in the shower. We then discovered the mold on the ceiling and vent. There was a leak in our room causing a large puddle in a corner of the room. We left at 4am because we could no longer stand the smell of the sheets. When brought to the managers attention, he didn't seem to care and did nothing for us. I will never stay here again and do not reccommend it.

Convenient location to the airport. We were unfamiliar with the area and we were arriving late at night. Walkable to eats late at night and lively music to get our vacation started. Room was good, pretty lobby but there was a unfavorable smell that was a big turnoff the minute you walked in the door. Overall not a bad experience except for the smell which is reflected under cleanliness in our rating.

My room was not cleaned on a daily basis. I had to call Housekeeping for clean towels and toilet paper. Rooms close to pool are Very Noisy, due to ongoing music from pool speakers that start around 7:30 am and end at 10:30 pm. Not good if you're looking for an early night sleep.

I was stranded due to weather and the management staff were very helpful allowing me to obtain a room early so I could get online and see my patients via Zoom which was very important and saved the day for everyone involved! I was sincerely grateful to the girl at the desk who went above and beyond to call and find her manager and ask and to the manager who made it happen! Then I went to get coffee and something to eat at the coffee shop and met this adorable young lady who makes the cookies herself and runs the shop as if it were her own! She was so invested in the shop as if it were her own! And the peanut butter cookies were to die for! All together incredible staff!

I enjoyed the friendly staff in the lobby. Especially Oscar bellboy, Billie and Valeria at the front desk.
The parking ticket validator was not very courteous and slow to give service. Seemed to have an attitude every time we went to validate the parking to leave the parking lot. Other than that, everything else was excellent.

Great location close to airport and the beach. However needs a little TLC. Rooms are clean but seem out dated. WiFi signal is very weak and one password for all rooms.

Stayed here for 5 nights. After the second night we still hadn’t received housekeeping to clean our room. So we called and they said they’d send someone up. Never happened. Day 3- same thing. My husband called for a cleaning again same thing no one came. Day 4 we had to call twice with them saying “we told house keeping to clean your room we don’t know why they haven’t been there” finally the day before we left (in the late afternoon) we got housekeeping to come. Did they clean? Absolutely not. All they did was make the bed and take our garbage bins. The floor was still filthy and full of sand. This is unacceptable for a hotel. Also rooms are dated and don’t expect a strong water flow in the bathroom. This hotel needs a major makeover which apparently they are doing but we’ll see. I was super disappointed in my stay here and will not be returning. Spend a little more money and go elsewhere. You’ll thank me later.
