Friendly host

The room was smaller than i expected and the view was not very good . Both the bathroom and bedroom sink went down real slow . I have stayed there before and this was my most unpleasant stay

We had a great time! Embassy Suites is a great hotel very close to the airport and Old San Juan. The suites are clean and spacious. The employees are really friendly and the ****** is great. Props to Ms. Elizet Ortiz, the Assistant Manager for the ******. She is the greatest asset this hotel has!

Front desk staff friendly, valet parking staff too. Pool was huge, loved the casino & beds were very comfortable. Loved the place. They have a casino

The service was excellent your breakfast was tasteful the employees are vibrant and well manor. I enjoyed my stay great rooms, pool and wonderful services throughout the entire day.

Advantages: The hotel is not far from the airport, and the service attitude is very good. Although there are not many choices for breakfast every day, eggs are all made fresh. There are cocktails and various snacks at night. Basically, you only need to go out for a meal by yourself.
Disadvantages: 1. The hotel is not on the seashore. The hotel's own beach needs to be walked for about five minutes. The scenery is of average quality.
2. The hotel has a resort fee of $ 35 per night, which is not so cost-effective.
Overall it feels like a good choice.

Checked in Friday and was greeted at the front desk by Maribel! She gave our entire party great customer service throughout the entire stay along with Pedro. They stay with Embassy Suites exceeded our expectations. Looking forward to returning Summer 2021!

It's a good choice. For the first time in Puerto Rico, it is more convenient to live here by car.
