Need to work on service 1
The room was very nice and the area quiet. Checkin and service lacking. When we arrived, tired and ready for a quick shower before meeting friends for dinner, no one was at the desk and and sign that they would be back in 30 min. This was at a little before 5 pm. We got checked in 20 min later. No one was at the desk several times when I needed something. No one answered the phone.

Quite disappointed in this facility. Very happy that it was for only one night as I'm not certain I could have bore it for more than that. The room we had on the first floor stank of mustiness. There was a de-humidifier bag hanging in the room that was half full of water it had pulled out of the air. The towels and toilet paper in the bathroom were damp. Each time we turned on the TV, we had to change the input so that we could get any channels. The continental breakfast left much to be desired, as it only included packaged pastries, yogurt, boxed cereal, and a waffle maker. Aside from that, the room was fairly clean and the bed was okay. My husband said the shower was good. Sorry, won't stay here again.

The air conditioner was extremely noisy. The fan had a knocking noise. The place was clean and staff friendly. Did not sleep much at all with the noise.
