La experiencia superó nuestras expectativas. Super bonito y acogedor cada detalle del hotel. Buen servicio, buena comida y música en la piscina. Amamossss el brunch y los mejores pancakes del mundooo 🤤 100% recomendado!!! Lo disfrutamos mucho.

Café da manhã incrível que, além do buffet, inclui pratos a la carte (como ovos beneditinos, panquecas, croissants recheados, etc.), sem custo adicional. Os garçons são super gentis! Localização ótima, em Getsemaní, a uma distância a pé confortável de praticamente todos os pontos turísticos (muito próximo à cidade amuralhada). Piscina maravilhosa, super bem ambientada e que dava a impressão de ser um pouquinho aquecida (muito pouco), pois nunca estava gelada, sempre agradabilíssima a temperatura da água. Havia outra piscina menor no rooftop, mas não utilizamos. Quartos simples, mas novinhos e bem equipados (com ferro e tábua de passar, tablet, secador de cabelos e amenities). Todos os dias repunham 2 garrafas de água em cortesia (também disponibilizam máquina de café e cápsulas). Hotel possui academia climatizada e disponibiliza água filtrada, toalhas e frutas sem custo para os usuários. Os pontos negativos são que há música na piscina até meia noite e se pode ouvir dos quartos. O cardápio do jantar também poderia ser mais variado.

Me encanto el hotel, el cuarto muy comodo, el ambiente muy chevere y relajante, el area de picina super hermoso y moderno con toque bohemian, me gustaria que hubiera mas espacio de closet. Todo excelente. El area esta perfecta y muy conveniente.

El hotel es magnífico. Calidad extrema, mucha atención por parte de todos los colaboradores del hotel. Piscina del 5 piso con una vista 360 grados sobre la ciudad. Rafael, camarero del bar nos enseño los mejores restaurantes y bares de la ciudad. Todo fenomenal, el mejor hotel de Cartagena seguro

Rooms had no furniture to put cloths away so had to live out of suitcase for 5 days.Refrigerator did not work and reported 3 times not fixed or replaced.Restaurant service for food very slow coming out of kitchen.Katlin waiter was fantastic and really made our stay wonderful.

No podia dejar pasar un solo dia sin escribir sobre nuestros dias en familia en OSH. Aprovechar para felicitar al equipo; que hospitalidad, amabilidad del personal, servicio, comida, comodidad. TOP!!! amamos nuestra estadía. Definitivamente están marcando la diferencia. Aunque el hotel no pareciera muy "Family/Kids friendly de entrada... LO ES!!! la belleza del lugar hace que sea agradable para todos. MUY IMPORTANTE: Mejor hamburguesa del mundo. MILHOJA y las pizzas un must!!!

Hotel encantador. Es un oasis en medio de Getsemani. Recepción, piscina, bar, salones comunes espaciosos y luminosos . Personal amable, servicial y encantador. Pero el gran fallo son las habitaciones: pequeñas, estrechas y muy mal iluminadas. Apenas hay focos o luces directas potentes. Resultan tristes e incomodas. En el patio interior hay mal olor
