It was close to the conference center and was in the center of the old town, so access to various shops was good.
The hotel service was also impeccable.

Not a perfect bathroom or room (cheap shades that fell down and not amazing painting jobs) but very comfortable, nice people, incredible location and truly the best views from the roof pool we practically had to ourselves. This is a great option.

Es el peor NH en el que he estado nunca; la ubicacion es buena, pero como la de muchos otros hoteles y pensiones que estan en mejores condiciones y mas baratos. El ruido de la calle es impresionante y no se puede dormir (literalmente). Las intalaciones son muy viejas y descuidadas. El aparato de airea condicionado muy viejo y tambien genera un ruido muy alto, habitacion pequeña y mobiliario muy maltratado. El desayuno es equiparable a una pension de 1 estrella. Solo cuenta con un ascensor y si se averia tienes que subir por las escaleras con las maletas todos los pisos (esto sucedio). Curiosamente la pagina y aplicacion de NH permite emitir opiniones sobre todos los hoteles que tienen, menos en este. No lo recomiento en absoluto,

Boa localização. Ar condicionado não funcionava direito, shower gel acabou na ducha e tive que deixar um bilhete para reporem, quarto tinha cheiro de mofo, café da manhã não estava incluído (tinha certeza que estava), pegamos quarto luxo com sacada.

BEWARE, this hotel is located right on a very busy & noisy square. You can hear the club music until 3am every night Mon-Sun. The staff is very friendly. The hotel is clean and has everything you need for a basic stay. The breakfast is sub-par, I don't recommend it if you want anything more than your standard continental options. The mattress was pretty hard.

Excelente hotel y con muy buena ubicación en el centro histórico de Cartagena, se puede ir caminando a cualquier restaurante, tienda de ropas, mall o supermercado. Cerca tiene buenas tiendas de café y muchas calles son solamente peatonales. Habitación con decoración sobria (a mi gusto), limpia y con todo lo necesario. Baño espacioso y gran sorpresa (diría vualá en francés), la ducha tenía barra de seguridad, algo sumamente importante y que siempre reclamo en todos los hoteles. Desayuno absolutamente delicioso y generoso, con una gran atención de todo su personal y especialmente de Sara quien siempre nos consintió, muchas gracias por su “bebida memorable del día”. Todo el personal muy amable, mil gracias a Benjamin, Bryan y todos en recepción, hicieron nuestra estadía muy agradable. Muy especial agradecimiento a Milena Mallarino -Front Office Manager-, quien con su gran detalle de ponerme una linda Nespresso con delicioso café en mi habitación, mis madrugadas y horas de trabajo fueron mucho más agradables. Volveremos siempre!
