Me encanto la atención del chek in y relaciones públicas me atendieron de maravillas y en los restaurantes también en todo el hotel muy buena la atención . Solo no me gusto mucho la comida de los buffet no es variada podría ser mucho mejor para la cálida q tiene el hotel y el personal que atienende en el mismo es un desastre uno se sienta y tiene que pedir hasta los cubierto no te ponen agua y en el desañuno ni la leche te llevan se pasan hablando entre ellas patadas y no atiende a los clientes el servicio ahí es un desastre y si vas afuera ya que puedes hacerlo en caso q estes mojado ahí menos las q están afuera ni te miran uno tiene que servirce prácticamente solo ellas ni te miran porque a lo mejor tienen demasiado personal en esa parte y se la pasan conversando ojalá que mejoraran esos aspecto para q pudiera alcanzar 5estrellas la comida en los buffet más variada por favor y el personal un poco más calificado.

Loved this hotel! The staff were amazing, loved the rooftop pool. In a super convenient area to restaurants and bars. Very comfortable bed also and perfectly sized room.

Family trip to Cartegena with our 2 early 20's daughters. Fantastic location and quality. Beds super comfortable and rooms were spacious. After touring city we spent afternoons on roof top pool/bar. Hotel arranged a day trip to a sister hotel on Isla Tierra Bomba. Great facility. Entire staff was extremely helpful and service oriented.

Great hotel!! Beautiful, well decorated, staff is amazing and ready to help in any need! Rooms are beautiful and spacious, the restaurant on site is spectacular!! We love this boutique hotel!

The overall quality of rooms did not match the pricepoint at all-
The bad:
- Some walls had a sign of water damage
- Some smell of moisture and possibly mold
- No ventilation in bathrooms
- While I cant prove this for certain but most of our party (staying in different rooms in same hotel) had bug bites
- Breakfast looks appealing and good selection but the quality of food is just above average
Overall staff were really friendly and kind - with a very notable exception of Hector who at check out was exceptionally rude (causing me to write this review and not let it go)
