Very pleasant stay, in a city that is the heart of Latin America, welcoming and of historical beauty. The best thing is that this hotel is located in the commercial and modern area of the city, combining location and impeccable services. I would definitely return and I recommend it for families, with children it is enjoyed equally.

Hotel is a great value for the price. The beds are very comfortable. The breakfast (which we had included) was a full service meal with lots of variety of hot and cold foods. Location is convenient and roof top pool was an good bonus.

La experiencia en el checkin fue nefasta, lenta, enredada, hicieron cobros que no correspondían de impuestos, fue complicado recibir unas llaves de las habitaciones a pesar de que la app estaba lenta y no teníamos un número de móvil local al que recibir un SMS, lo explicamos y fue complejo poder recibir las llaves. Dieron solo una llave por habitación.
Lo mejor la vista al mar y la limpieza.
Los baños tienen humedades, los espejos están manchados por el paso del tiempo, las camas son cómodas.
La experiencia con recepción nefasta, el resto de staff amable y muy atento (botones, señora de la limpieza, señor del parqueadero)

Very nice location and helpful staff. The suite was very spacious and had a beautiful view.
Buffet breakfasts were very good. Comfortable beds and pillows.
Some of furniture needs maintenance and the construction in front of the hotel is very noisy and they start working very early, before 7am.

Everything was great honestly. I don't think I was ever not greatest with a smile and as an English speaking guest sometimes it was hard to communicate but we both tried our best and took care of whatever was needed. Really more than 5 stars should be awarded. I've never felt more welcomed in a hotel honestly and I travel ALOT. Thank you Capilla!
