The hotel stay was good. All the staff were welcoming. Only few staff spoke English, mainly at the lobby but otherwise the place was clean, well maintained, courteous, had good restaurant and had easy transportation. I would recommend this place for sure!

The hotel was very modern and clean. The crew from the front desk, security out in front and restaurant were professional and pleasant. Special thank you to Leisser (bell men) Berios (security) and Gabriel at front desk. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Two bottles of water provided daily in the room is great! They bring you buckets of ice! Loved the music played at the pool. Only two areas to improve: 1. Please provide face/wash cloths along with towels and hand towels. 2. The welcome drink pass only allows for a rum punch and that’s it. The restriction to only one type of cocktail is very frustrating. Please consider allowing that to be for any rum based cocktail.

I loved everything about this hotel. First off, I am a particular thirty- five year old black American and the hotel succeeded on my “checklist”. Starting off with cleanliness, the beds were immaculate, the couch was clean, bathrooms and toilet is great. In the bathroom the toilet have it’s on separate space from the shower and sink. Also, they have a safe in the closet so you can lock your passport in there. The gym was nice size and nice equipment but the weights only went to 40lbs. However, it’s a gym down the street called body tech. Body Tech charge $43 USD for a week. If you decide to take that route and go to body tech it’s a little challenging locating it because you have to go into the garage to take the elevator to go up there. Anyways, back to the hotel, the down stairs common area with the pool and where the restaurant is located it’s beautiful and large enough for everyone to have fun and claim a spot. Overall this hotel surpass my expectations. FYI Ubers are cheaper and get you to your destinations safely, so there you have it.

The hotel is beautiful and comfortable, with interior small court, stairs and lots of plants, with a top terrace with chairs and small pools. The location is close to everything you may want to see, easy access to tours departures. The staff is friendly and helpful, and their breakfast is amazing.

The best was the friendly and professional service at the hotel from when you arrive to the bellmen to front desk to car service. Beautiful hotel and the food at the restaurant is great.

Beautiful hotel, but it was right on the beach with hustle and bustle. I didn’t feel safe once walking across the street, but everything within the property was beautiful. Great staff. Wonderful service. Clean rooms. Good prices on food and drinks.
