Muy buen hotel y atención amable de Germán , Catherine quien es la líder del hotel . Pasamos una muy linda estadía con todas las comodidades ! La pileta nos encantó , reposeras muy cómodas y linda decoración. Rico desayuno con frutas y variedad de jugos .Gracias, volveremos.

This place is a dream. The hotel is gorgeous. The staff is amazing. I went for my birthday weekend and they made my weekend total perfection. They went out of their way to make me feel special. We will be back soon. Thank you to Jesus, David, Sixto, Caroline, Jennifer, Dioscelyn, Ivonne, Y Paola. Amazing pina coladas and pan de bono!

I really can’t express how much I loved our stay at Casa Pestagua. On our second day, my very hard to please teenage daughter declared, “I give this hotel a 10 out of 10!” The rooms are simply elegant. The hotel is beautiful and charming. However, the true standout is the service. Someone contacted me prior to our arrival to check in on our possible needs and to see if they could be of help with transportation. When we arrived, Katherine and Brandon were OUTSTANDING. I really cannot emphasize that enough. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our rooms and that level of service continued through our trip. From the moment you enter this very special place, you are greeted with a warm smile and a helping hand. The pool in the courtyard was the perfect place to spend the afternoon after being out in the sun all day. They offered complimentary wine and snacks from 5-6 which was an unexpected treat. I am so glad my other plan didn’t work out!

Spectacular! We had an amazing time at the hotel. It’s brand new, everything was recently renovated. Very classy, elegant and cosy decoration. The service was really warm and caring. Special thanks to Katherine, the leader of the team, who took a special care of us and Luis and Alvaro, the waiters who explained the menu and spoiled us with delicious drinks by the pool. The breakfast was an experience in itself, the food was delicious.

Amazing stay . We could not dream of a better place . The room was perfect . The service was definitely 5 stars . We loved every minute spent in this beautiful hotel . The room, the pool , the food were spectacular. Ideally located in the historical part of the city . Every member of the staff pampered us … they were so professional… and we are particularly picky with every details … simply perfection. We will definitely come back !

A hotel that would stand comparison with top notch hotels in Europe. Lovely building. Lots of foliage. Very very friendly service. Not absolutely slick service but by standards in Colombia, right at the top. Room 105 was lovely. Bed gave me best sleep in over 2 weeks travelling in S America. Breakfast excellent. Pool pleasant. Complimentary drinks hour a nice touch. Water bottles liberally offered without charge. Gym small but ticked all the boxes for me and Mrs G. Equipment new and easy to use. Nice location in old town. Street vendors hawking their wares come with the tourist trade rather than attach blame to hotel.
